This is a great lounge. The cleanest I've ever been to. They staff was INCREDIBLE. They cleaned constantly and ensured everything was stocked to perfection!

I enjoyed the multiple seating area options that allowed me to move when spaces were crowded.

Keep up the great work!

This place has awful reviews in general, but we had an amazing visit that absolutely deserved more.

Stopped by and really enjoyed it. It’s a small lounge broken up strangely. The food wasn’t fancy, but solid snacks and the lounge was exceptionally clean and the service was amazing. The bartender and drinks were also excellent.

The staff is great and the space is comfortable. Big selection of drinks and fantastic bartender. Food is poor, but I didn't go to lounges to have a meal.

Great staff, great food. Balcony desk area is quiet/ you can take a work call there. I could tell there was actually alcohol in my mixed drink which was a plus.

Pros: the quiet area (with shower), the terrace, and the bar/restaurant. It has three separate seating areas! The staff are wonderful, prompt, and professional.

Pretty good upkeep and great for short and long layovers. Good vegan and vegetarian options - salad, hummus, soup

Although I agree with some of the chairs having extra wear and tear, I must say after reading the reviews I was nervous to come. However from the moment I arrived I was greeted warmly and the lounge had plenty of room as well as a pretty decent food offering including eggs, breads, fruit, and a coffee station with really good coffee !! I would recommend trying this place out if you have priority pass.

Small lounge (45 seated), with nice breakfast and great bar. Service is pretty courteous. There is just one bathroom, with a shower if you need. Good place to relax and wait your next trip.

Good food, I love salad and hummus. Yummmm. Though like others said - limited choice. Lots of drinks.

Friendly and hard-working staff, they are super active to clear the table 😂 (I mean in a good way)

You can access this lounge from another terminal via skylink, they are situated on the Mezzanine, near gate D27

But cramped but people here are nice. Food seems to be same everyday, but great for A quick stop over.

Got in with no wait, had plenty of food and drinks. Map is wrong, it's in Terminal D on the mezzanine level - you have to go out by Gate 27 where the Buffalo Wild Wings is.

Staff was awesome, food was not so great

dターミナルのゲート25から27にある、ゲート階から階段を登ったところにあります。
食事は朝食から昼食へ変更が11時でした。朝はパンなど、昼はクッキーやサラダなど、日替わりです。ディカフェコーヒーがあったりお酒も飲めます。お酒以外は自由に取れます。出発ゲートチェンジなどの掲示版があるわけではないので、ゆっくりしすぎに注意。
席は食事がある部屋に席が20席ほど、別の部屋にもゆったりソファー席も、外が見渡せる席もあり。プライオリティパスで無料で使用できるので便利です。

Veo bastantes quejas, no me parece tan malo, quizás sea malo comparado con otros en ciudades grandes pero para mí estuvo bastante bien.

I’ll start by saying the service and cleanliness was amazing 5/5 stars. The reduction in stars stems from the food options and plate sizes. I didn’t like any of the options nor did they look appealing. The plates and bowls are small, makes me feel like a child versus someone who pays for a superior experience. This is not just an issue with this location but most! It’s giving cheap. Other than that it’s wonderful, but most pay to have a decent meal, drink, and quiet place.

I understand that this loubge is not the best lounge as per the international standards but this is one of the best lounges that I experienced traveling domestically with facilities like mobile free zone and shower room etc.
