Steak 'n Shake

Ordered some shakes via Door Dash. They were delicious! Had the Reese and the Oreo. The consistency was very good. I loved the Oreo and really liked the Reese. Shared them with my girlfriend, and she preferred the Oreo as well. I have been inside and the place is nice with good service... at least a couple years ago! I believe their shakes are a little better than Sonic because they taste more natural. I definitely recommend if you want a sweet treat!

My favorite burger joint. The staff is awesome. Food is always fresh and hot. I’ll drive all the way from Charleston just to eat here. The banana milkshake is like no other. SO GOOD! The ladies who are the waitresses are so kind and sweet. I’ve been coming to Steak ‘n Shake for 8yrs now. My favorite fast food place.

We placed a drive-thru order because the diningroom was closed at 9:00 pm. A manager came to the window after we were given our card back and asked for our receipt. We had not been given a receipt. The girl who originally took our order and took our payment looked confused. We asked if there was anything we could do to help. The manager said he would take care of it on their end and gave us our order, which was great food as expected from Steak n' Shake. We were a little sad they did not have the little crock of baked beans that some locations used to have.

The employees are amazing! The food is fast and quick, you only wait 5 minutes!

First time eating there and I definitely will be back. My steak burger was great! It was put together so much better than other places and plenty of condiments on it. The shake was absolutely amazing! Recommend the cotton candy shake. The woman taking my order was so nice. Thank u I will be seeing u again.

Our food was delicious, but the employees are really what make this place wonderful! Laughter our entire meal with staff and other patrons!

Great place in a very tentative set of employees despite post covid reduction. Well worth coming here to grab another bite. Pleasant old world soda shop style environment with really wholesome tasting burgers. And more shakes than you can shake around the endless possibilities in your head.

My husband and I hadn’t visited this location for a couple years because the last two times weren’t great, but tonight, everything was perfect. Cheeseburgers, fries, drinks, and service were great.

Ultimately the best place to go for a good burger and they managed to keep the retro vibe while keeping good customer service which is rare nowadays keep this place a hidden gem 10/10

10 out of 10, would recommend. The staff here is always so friendly and they make the food to perfection. I used to love going to steak n shakes all around the country growing up and their quality over the years has diminished, but not here! These guys/gals do everything they can to make it a great dining experience! If you’re passing through or local, you will not regret stopping at this one!

Service was friendly, food came out fast and was fresh. Bathrooms were cleaned. Everybody was happy. Thanks for a great experience!

When you are tired and super hungry, this is the place for quick service and filling food. I stopped by after a Marshall football game and asked for the largest burger they offered. That happened to be the 7x7 burger which consists of 7 burger patties and 7 pieces of cheese on a soft bun and accompanied with all the regular burger toppings. It took me about 3 minutes to down it and then concentrate on the shoestring fries calling my name. Stop in and leave happy.

When we moved east, I missed In and Out. Steak and Shake is a good replacement. The food is always hot and delicious.

A family favorite for generations; so happy to have Steak 'n Shake in the area!

Great burgers and shakes. The garluc parmasan fries were amazing. I got the recees peanut butter shake and it was amazing. Best idea to stop there on my way from Huntington home to Lost City. Will eat there again when I get a chance.

Who i can only assume was the owner or GM, was so personable! He just loved our little girls and was so nice. The food was extremely fresh and we had a little hiccup with online ordering and they fixed it right away. Definitely recommend this location.

Awesome staff that seemed to care and made us feel at home. Food was good and made fast. They were sure to let us know our kids chicken tenders were super hot and not to dive in.
Our kids also give it a 10/10.

I have always loved Steak n Shakes. This one has its act together. From the time I ordered my dinner and got seated I only had to wait a few minutes before my shake arrived followed by my lunch. The staff was very friendly

This is my very first time at a Steak n Shake and an amazing experience all around. The lady on the counter was super nice and patient when I asked her for recommendations and I went with her recommended butter burger . They definitely loaded me up when I asked for extra pickle and extra tomato and hands down one of the BEST burgers I've ever had. Mint oreo shake is thick and creamy. And the chili cheese fries are to die for. I will be coming back here asap. Great place. 👏🏻

Servings are smaller. Miss the real china and silverware. Food is great. I stop every time I pass a Steak and Shake. A d always will. It is my favorite fast food chain.
