UPDATE 9/23/21: Sadly, The Beak is permanently closed, or as their sign says, “permantly” closed.

This place is a hidden gem! The food is excellent and tastes like my grandmama used to make. A delicious variety of fresh, southern-style comfort food, along with awesome salads. I'm sure the sandwiches are great too -- I'll be back to find out! Can't wait to try Mama's spaghetti and lasagna as well. Tidy and clean dining area. Best of all, the service made it feel more like a holiday meal at home than dining out.

The boba tea was delicious! I also really like the sandwiches. And the chicken and dumplins on Fridays is a must! Overall a great local place to grab lunch.

While on our way to Jim’s we noticed this cute little restaurant. It was such a pleasant lunch. We had chili dogs that were excellent. Cool little place

Great food and service. Definitely need to check it out if your in the area. And decent prices for food. Definitely a filling meal.
