I have a son who is 19 years old and he is about to graduate from springvalley high school, he is also autistic, with that being said, he traded in 2 games yesterday to get store credit towards something else, he also had earned himself 20 bucks for mowing my grass. He ends up having almost enough for 2 games, but he was shy 5 bucks. Without hesitation he says oh wait a minute and knocks 5 off the price! And my son was smiling! Thank you so much gamestop, for making my son so happy yesterday! I will always tell ppl what a great store/employees

Ahh, the Pullman square game stop, my home away from home . This is my personal favorite GameStop, they (it's mainly a one woman show though (Candace) is very nice helpful knowledgable about all the new upcoming releases and preorders and she treats ya like a friend, definitely someone us gaming nerds can vibe with... This will always be my number one game stop plus I think they have the biggest selection personally, it's where I preorder all my ps5 games most recent being the new dead space which is a very challenging game. But I definitely recommend this game stop!!! They have a little bit of everything for console gaming as well as of gaming and will buy your old electronics.. tablets phones smart watches etc which I believe they all do, and if you are someone who visits any GameStop frequently, do yourself a favor and spend the 15 or so bucks for a year of the pro membership because it literally pays for it's self, i just renewed my pro membership with my points I've accumulated which didn't take slot of time or money to get the points for a free year of the pro membership plus the coupons for discounts are nice and handy (THANK YOU FIR ALL YOUR HELP, YOUR KINDNESS SND KNIWING WHAT GAMES ID BE INTO CANDACE THAT WAY I DONT MISS OUT ON A PREORDER LOL) U make this store!

People that complain about the workers rudeness usually are the people who only come in once ever so often and act like they are video game masters.. I had same issue when I switched Gamestop I use but once they saw I'm a actual gamer they became family.. they have always went above An beyond to make sure I get the absolute best deal possible I've made great friends here but if your attitude is negative and you act ignorant about how much you receive on trade-ins like the employees have any control over what your offered then you will get treated with the same attitude you have given them plain and simple. Highly recommend the staff and store for your video game needs!

Alex is a very nice and helpful worker. Shout out to him. I don't really know about anything else. I just called him to ask about the trade in deals because southridge didn't answer.

Great customer service! The staff is very knowledgeable and more than willing to help. A large variety of games and merch to select from and sometimes the games and merch are on large discounts but you have to catch them at the right time.

The employees are very helpful and friendly. We always find a good deal. Really hope this store remains open for a long time.

Went there looking for a PS4 controller for my son. They did not have any in stock so they ordered one for me and had it shipped to my house. Very helpful staff.

I have recently had to deal with the South Point Ohio store and the one at Pullman Square in Huntington WV and they both had great customer service and helped me with my issue. Would definitely recommend.
