The employees here are amazing. Always greeting as soon as you walk through the door. Brandon and Jacob are always polite, helpful and full of smiles. I recommend going to the 3rd Ave AT&T for all your cell phone needs

This is the absolute best AT&T store I have ever been in! Jacob did a great job on getting me setup on FirstNet and getting me a great deal on my iPhone 14 pro. I will always reccomend this store to my friends and family.

Went here yesterday to upgrade my daughter's phone and it was a all around great experience, we had Brandon and he was great, he was very knowledgeable about anything you asked him and he had an awesome sense of humor! He helped me save on my phone bill I even ended up upgrading another phone! So I just wanted to give him a shout out! Thank you Brandon and I'll be hitting you up soon, to upgrade the other lines you were awesome man!

Excellent customer service!! Alma was the agent who helped me today and she was very helpful and friendly! I purchased a new iPhone and accessories…she was so efficient and answered all my questions too! I was in and out faster than I thought and love my new phone!

Brandon in Huntington, WV is the best AT&T employee I have ever worked with! He is absolutely amazing, and is so knowledgeable, especially to someone that is not very experienced in the world of apple!

Jacob was amazing when i went in to get my new phone! He did such a great job explaining everything and helped me walk out of there with it being fully protected with a case a screen protector and even a speaker that he let me break the payments up over a year! We needed to buy two new iphones and decided to stop at the Huntington store. We were so fortunate to be met by sales representative, Marcus. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and patient. AT&T should recognize such a loyal and dedicated employee as Marcus. This is part of the full service that keeps customers, like us, returning to AT&T.

Mark was wonderful when he turned on my daughters phone! But even better he checked my account and applied my teacher discount!!! AT&t store don't need to West Virginia was very prompt very quick very knowledgeable and solve my problem very quickly.

Brought my mother in for an upgrade on a phone she'd had for 7 years. The employee that help us was a guy named Scott Haynes. He was very helpful to my mom and very patient since she's not very tech savvy. It took a while to transfer some things cause the phone was so old. He was very knowledgeable and very courteous. Mom usually goes to RT60 store, but has now decided to come downtown from now on. It was a great experience for the both of us. Scott was great.

David Tackett was fantastic! He helped review my mother’s phone plan and helped us move to a pre-pay plan which helps financially. He was very patient and really helpful. His personal approach is some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Thanks David!

I was helping my elderly neighbor who is deaf out with their cell phone plan. I went into the store and spoke to Scott H., who was very helpful and understanding with our situation. He got everything worked out and was very funny and personable. I highly recommend this location and Scott as well!
