I cannot be happier with the experience I had with big sandy in south point. They helped me get all my bedroom furniture, and a couch. They were able to help me get financing so I didn't have to pay out of pocket for anything. The delivery was exactly on time, the driver and delivery guy with him were super quick and very good at their job getting all my items up 2 flights of stairs and into my apartment. They did an excellent job and I cannot say enough good things about my first furniture buying experience. I won't need anything for a while now, but when I do, I know exactly where I am going again for my next purchase. Shout out to Anna for Cosbie for taking the time to go over options with me and letting me take my time in my decision making process and not rushing me while I looked at soooo many options till I found exactly what I wanted. Thank you all again! I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

This past Saturday, I purchased a high end clothes washer. The sales representative, John Adkins, was very helpful in guiding me through the entire transaction. He was honest and forthright in explaining the advantages and specific features of the various brands and models.
John was patient and in no way did I feel rushed or indecisive, as he answered all my questions.
Thanks to John's friendly and interested assistance, this important purchase was a very pleasurable experience for me.

John in appliances and McKenzie in furniture are wonderful to deal with and they helped us to ensure that we received every rebate available and clearly explained our options for financing. They truly are an asset to Big Sandy in South Point. We will definitely be back to purchase more from their phenomenal sales team.

We found the refrigerator we needed at the South Point location. John Adkins was outstanding assisting us. Be sure to ask for him when you visit the appliance department.

Great experience, checkout though needs updating. You stand while they have to type in each item and all your personal information, then they give a ticket to the person sitting beside them, then that person rings up your order, you have to sign the back of a card saying you are picking up the stuff you just bought that is sitting in front of you. Next…you have to show your ID, verifying you are the person that has been standing there for 5 minutes, next… you have sign something else saying you are picking up your items that are right beside you .

Great experience with big sandy superstore in south point, Oh. McKenzie greeted me at the door and was incredibly helpful! Even gave me her personal number when I was still undecided on what to do. She was ready for me when I returned and made my shopping experience easy and stress free! Highly recommend McKenzie when you shop at this location. 🌟

I stopped at Big Sandy in So Point Ohio. The Sales person was very polite and quick to offer assistance. I explained a particular recliner I was looking for and he was immediately aware. Even though not on floor he found it in Cols Ohio warehouse. It was delivered yesterday.

Upon entering the Chesapeake Big Sandy we were approached by Dale. He spoke with us and found out we were looking for bedroom furniture. He was very knowledgeable of the product and was extremely helpful.
He was patient while we decided and informed us of financing options.
When our furniture was delivered the two gentlemen were very nice and on time. When the furniture was taken off the truck they had us look at each piece to be sure it wasn’t damaged.
They asked where we wanted the pieces and took care that nothing was damaged. We both thank Dale and the delivery men for their time and effort.

Tyler was the salesman that took care of me. He was very professional, helpful, patient, and really wanted me to get the best deal. Thanks to Tyler I now have a beautiful new bedroom and a snack bar for my kitchen!

Jon & Jacob did a great job assisting us purchase a new refrigerator & bed room suit! Quick, efficient, and answered all of our questions! They were able to give us great deals & a wonderful experience!

I always have a wonderful experience when I am here. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are always thorough and will answer any questions you may have. I have been a repeat customer for 13 years. As my household needs change and grow, they are always there to accommodate.

My husband and I had a very nice visit today, we came in looking for a refrigerator and wasn't really sure what we wanted, one of your employees introduced his self his name was Caleb, he was really interested in what we were looking for, he told us to take all of the time we needed to look around, and he will be there to answer any question that we have or need any help at all, we are very grateful to have met Caleb and for with his help we ended up having a great visit and purchasing the refrigerator that we needed.
