Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly staff. They take great care in helping their customers. They take great care in the products they handle as well. I've dealt with on a regular basis with Hannah and Justin. They help my wife and myself pawn, trade, and even purchase. The best part is that they know their products and the history behind them. They treat you like family. 5 stars across the board!!!

I always enjoy haggling, I enjoy it even more when I get haggled back and these guys are willing to haggle.
The irony of this particular purchase though, I didn't have to haggle because everything I wanted to purchase was already 50% off and besides that, the original asking price was reasonable.
Good service, friendly people but I would rather be called sir then pal. Don't really care for pal.

We deal with Justin when we come in, he has always been very informative about the wide selection of goods they offer at the pawn shop. Justin brings an A plus attitude to work every time we’ve seen him and always helps us get a great deal. I would recommend this pawn shop and Justin for all of your pawn shop needs. We appreciate the experience he and the shop offers as they are not pushy yet they give you adequate information about each item you inquire about. I’ve bought a couple guns for myself from him and my fiancé has gotten some killer deals herself on some beautiful jewelry. 10/10 recommend.

Wesley the Manager was excellent to work with. He was very respectful and engaging in what he was doing, takes a lot of pride in his job and the ppl that he works with.
They truly give you better prices than any one of them that I have ever been to. He was very energetic and outgoing and made the process very easy. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I read the stores reviews before going in yesterday and I will say I agree with Joseph C. review. I already had a gun with me I was selling privately but wanted to see what kind of offer they would give me. I worked with Wesley and I honestly thought the offer was extremely fair and more than I thought I would get. Of course I had it sold already but If I sell anymore in the future I will go to Wesley first. Now remember they need to make money also but you might be shocked at the offer because I was pleasantly surprised. I know how important reviews are because I sell online and I wanted to confirm what Joseph wrote about Wesley. The other two gentlemen were cool also, but I worked with Wesley. In the world we live in today, fair doesn't seem to have a meaning anymore but today I can say I was dealt a Very Fair offer...Thank You PawnMore staff and owners because your staff is your business as you know. I will be back when I need to buy or sell anything.

Bought a laptop. Had the store owners email attached to the computer. Had to bring my laptop in to factory reset it. I appreciate the guy helping me finally make the laptop feel like it is mine. It’s a nice laptop

Great customer service I think the employees name was wbr or I could be wrong but if I need to they'll can help actually I think his name was Wesley
