Total Care Primary Care - Dripping Springs

This was my first time here and I was pleasantly surprised. Tamara made my check in easy and stress free. Waiting area was comfortable with complimentary snacks and drinks. The wait was less than 10 minutes to get in a room. The nurse went over my medical history and relayed to Laura, who then came in and went over the symptoms and diagnosis. Laura was very pleasant and I did not feel rushed at all. Checkout was just as easy. I’m happy to have a place so close and convenient.

Super friendly, super nice. Thorough. The front desk people were very kind and welcoming. Laura the provider was awesome. Very attentive and personable. The only thing was they couldn’t stick me so I have to go to Quest for labs which is slightly inconvenient. But in their defense I am a hard stick.

Today was my first visit at this location and EVERYONE that I encountered from start to finish (including Tia and the NP Laura) were so friendly and helpful. Wait time was only about 10 minutes and the little waiting area was stocked with snacks and drinks. The issues that I have been having were addressed thoroughly and with a level of compassion that I have never before experienced in a doctor's office.

Was quick to see me (12 hours before had made appointment for next day) when I got there. They were very attentive and asked lots of valid questions. They listened and really seemed genuinely concerned with understanding all aspects of what might be underlying problem/problems. Everyone was very kind and had a great bedside manner that made you feel at ease. So glad I came here and conveniently located.

My husband and I moved to Texas after living in Ohio all our lives and I had a wonderful primary care doctor in Ohio and was skeptical about finding someone I liked just as well. I had no need to worry because Laura and staff at total care, primary were absolutely wonderful! Great attention to detail and very caring. Excellent experience!

Absolutely amazing front desk, loved em both. Visit was quick and simple (I went in for mental health help). They were accommodating to my financials and personal request. I really couldn’t leave any less than a 5 star review :) p.s. the pens they use here are scrumptious

This location had tons of schedule availability, making getting seen fast and efficient. The standard of care was high, the the staff were great!

I had a great experience- I was able to make a same day appointment online, they sent me a link to do all my registration beforehand, the staff was friendly, informative, and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Also a very convenient location and a nice, clean office!

The staff is super good here. I have very thin veins. I never had blood draw successfully one time, and always took a few times to try. But the staff here only did one time, and there was no pain. The doctor is so nice, she is so patient. Highly recommend this place.

Best first visit to a Dr office in my life. Staff was very courteous. My appointment was 825. I was actually brought back and started early. No delays like you get at most offices. The provider was excellent. Very caring and thorough. I highly recommend this facility and provider team for your healthcare needs.

My wife and I came in to do a rapid test. The location was very flexible and allowed both of us to do the appointment at one time as we had different times originally scheduled. Front desk was very welcoming and the technician who took our sample was very professional and got us in and out very quickly. Within 30 to 45 minutes we received our results. Would recommend this location.

I booked a same day appointment. Barely had to wait, then got a diagnosis and a prescription written, all in about 20 minutes flat. Hard to beat that for efficiency and service.

My appointment went good and I was able to book it the day before! Dr. Theis was awesome and very calm with me. I was having anxiety and she checked on me multiple times. She and her assistants made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. I will be going back for my future health needs!

I needed a covid test for a trip. I arrived for my appointment a little early, was checked in and taken back for my test almost immediately. Everyone was very friendly. The test was quick and easy. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and got my results sent to me within 45 minutes. They also had a great snack/drink selection in the waiting room. Will definitely go back.

Was very quick and easy to book my appointment for a covid test. I showed up a little early and completed my new-patient registration on the lobby computer, which was also quick and easy. They went ahead and took the sample nasal swab right away and gave me the printed results within about 15 min. Very happy with the service, all around.

My experience with Total Care Primary care was excellent. The staff was very friendly and professional. I easily made my appointment online and didn’t have to wait long at all. They have great reviews which is what lead me to make an appointment and the reviews are very accurate. Very nonjudgmental staff willing to listen, ask questions and communicate exactly what to expect. I am typically very weary about trying out a new primary doctor but I felt like I was in extremely trustworthy and capable hands. In case anyone is confused when making an appointment, this location is separate from Total Men’s Care and is not just for men. I will definitely be returning for my primary care needs. 10/10 would recommend!

I was looking for an urgent provider not far from my place for a respiratory infection and I found TCPC in Dripping Springs in Belterra Village. They were able to see me the same day. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, I was in great hands. The online forms were easy to fill in. I highly recommend this provider.
