Needed a piece of equipment in a couple of months, went in and met with a very nice gentleman, Chris Howell, visited briefly and got a business card and told him I would be back, went back when we needed the equipment and asked for Mr. Howell, could not in any way had any better service than he gave, exceptionally nice, truthful, willing to help in any way possible, just the type of sales person you would like to become friends with! The young men at the parts counter are very helpful, and nice also. Have used John Deere at the old building for years and so glad to receive the same excellent, honest service with Greenway. Friendly people. Next day delivery (who can beat that? If I went earlier in the day I probably could have gotten it delivered same day.) Prices are great. Should have gone here 1st and saved myself allt of grief with the big box store.
