Quality Inn & Suites DFW Airport South

So I was a little nervous first time visiting Texas for work! I didn’t know what to expect from this hotel. I must say it exceeded my expectations! From the service to the rooms And breakfast! Lobby is very clean as well as the rooms! JAY! Is awesome when I Arrived he made me feel very comfortable and answered any questions I had. The check in was very fast and easy! He explained everything and made my stay pleasant I even extended my stay due to the service I received!

I had a great stay thanks to Jay at the front desk. I'm cycling the southern tier and arrived at the hotel early in desperate need of a shower and shave. Even though I was hours early before check-in, Jay found a room for me and checked me in. He's a gentleman full of patience.
The room was very nice, clean and smelled great. Even though construction was happening across the street, the hotel was quiet at night and the comfortable bed provided at great night's rest. Breakfast was also nice with a well stocked supply of eggs, bacon and waffles.
I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Irving, Texas.

I love this hotel. Their workers are very friendly. I used the meeting room for my daughter's birthday and everything was perfect. They have all the conditions created. My family and I are very grateful to its owner Chris and his manager Kichó, because we had a wonderful afternoon. Many thanks for everything.

Stayed here for a couple of days when visiting Dallas and I should say their service is unbeatable. The staff is really helpful and kind and the rooms are super clean! Special thanks to Ajay for accommodating my requests from the minute I checked in!

I checked out of the hotel across the street (embassy suites) to come here and I’m glad I did. The rooms are much cleaner, much newer, and I was treated very nicely by the staff. The rooms were modern and well-kept. Plenty of tv channels, a desk in the room, the pool was nice.

The breakfast lady named Lidia was a very kind and courteous. She was working hard to provide the best work ethic to her guests! She always made sure everything was cleaned and well maintained and stocked. She made the breakfast atmosphere a very pleasant one for us! Overall great experience here!

I had a one night stay here and the service was amazing. It can be overwhelming when traveling and in need of comfort in a time crunch. Jay and Vianna were super kind and very attentive. They also made sure my stay was comfort to my liking. 10/10 will stay again

I had a good experience at the hotel! The overall stay was great. Lidia, the breakfast attendant, was exceptionally kind and helpful, adding a personal touch to the dining experience. Staff is absolutely fantastic and accommodating to every extent and beyond. They make extending the room across multiple reservations a breeze and have better rates than just about any booking site, as well as honoring military discount. Stress free stay.

Jay at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind. The rooms have usb ports by each side of the bed and were clean. Great location by the airport, worth the price! Thanks again Jay!

First I want to say that the staff is very friendly and they keep the place nice and clean. They have a decent spread when it comes to breakfast. The beds are comfortable, my only recommendation is they do a remodel when it comes to the bathrooms. Overall worth the price for the room.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and quiet. The hotel was newly renovated and the bed were super comfy. I was thankful to see coffee available at 5:30a because I am an early riser. Breakfast was at 6am, they had 2 types of bread, waffles, 3 types of muffins, bacon & eggs. The front desk person were professional at there work, explained all the amenities they had to offer for there guest and that was really sweet and nice of them. The best part was Dfw airport is only 2miles away. I would definitely come back and stay here…. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO EVERYONE.

Clean and modern lobby. My room had been updated . For the low price I paid I actually said “wow” when I walked into the room. Quiet— I did not hear other people around me. I did not have marijuana smoke infiltrate my room as seems to be the new normal of motels. ***There was someone as the front desk every time I came through **** . That’s huge. I’ve stayed at every level of hotel and am amazed when customers have to shout “hello” to get someone to come up. That front desk person is part of the security system, building management, and customer service/face of the business. I did not try Wi-Fi. I did not get to try breakfast due to early flight. Whataburger basically shares the parking lot and do you know they have cinnamon rolls!?!?!?.

Stayed for the weekend and everything went smooth. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Friendly staff and the breakfast lady Lidia was the best! She was so nice and working hard. I will be returning again.

The airport shuttle I was told is going to resume soon. The hotel is only around 2.5 miles from the airport and hardly a 10 minute drive. Breakfast was good and we look forward to staying here again in the near future.

This is hotel was great and at a reasonable price. The breakfast was tasty and hot. Lidia(the breakfast server) was very hospitable and gave great customer service. The entire staff were friendly and professional. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Exceptionally nice and reasonably priced. Nothing fancy but they provide everything you need -- clean, comfortable rooms with a microwave & mini-fridge, free wifi access, flat-screen TVs with a wide selection of channels, on-site coin laundry, vending machines, two ice machines, a fitness room, a relaxing & quiet swimming pool area inside the courtyard, a computer in the lobby for guests to use, and a really good breakfast with not only fresh hot coffee & pastries & cereal but also juice, fresh fruit, waffle irons, & sausage & cheese croissants. But the main thing that I was impressed with was the very kind and helpful folks who work there. The entire hotel staff is simply amazing, (especially the manager Kishore), and they go above and beyond the call of duty to take good care of people. And, after all, at the end of the day, that's what hospitality is all about! You'd be hard pressed to find a better overall experience for under $100 (most rooms are actually under $75) per night. The location is convenient, just a couple miles South of DFW Airport and right next to a Whataburger which is open 24/7 and a convenience store / gas station. Quality Inn and Suites DFW South is a hidden gem in West Irving surrounded by other much more expensive hotels where you'd pay twice as much yet probably only get half the quality of customer care you'd receive here.

So let me say you will super happy with this place the rooms are clean and quiet, also if you have any issues the maintenance tenants man Fernando is on top of his game, he is fast friendly and efficient everyone needs a Gernando on their team
