I’ve been going pioneer1 tax services for 3 years and I will never go anywhere else. I’m not trusting of many people to handle my personal business, but I have no doubt or fear when letting Chris do my taxes. He knows all the laws regarding taxes so there’s no worry of any funny business going on here. Chris is honest, professional, knowledgeable, fast and efficient AND has the best pricing! I have referred family and friends to Chris and they have all been pleased with his services.

Chris was very helpful in filing my income taxes for myself. He explained every little box to me and was very transparent on what everything meant and how it would affect my return. He was able to help me as a walk in but as a courtesy I should have made an appointment. Also, what you pay for the service is definitely competitive compared to other tax places. I will be returning in the years to come, thanks again!

Chris did my taxes for me. I usually do my own taxes but this year I had a few changes and wanted to make sure everything was done right. Chris was able to clear up a few of my questions and I thought I was going to have to pay this year. He was upfront with me and said he would understand if I decided not to use his services and even said if I choose to do my own taxes and had any additional questions he would help me out. So I could have peace of mind I went ahead and had him do my taxes even though I might end up owing. I’m so glad I did because I didn’t have to owe and got back a nice return. Thank you!!!

Pioneer1 Tax services provides the best Tax services, response to customer needs are done promptly. Quality of service is spot on. I have been a customer over 2 years now, the services remain the best. 2020 brought so many unanswered concerns especially with the recommended social distancing order but I didn't have to worry about leaving my home because my tax needs were done remotely. I definitely have to give 5 stars. The staff here at Pioneer1 is very knowledgeable and the atmosphere is quite calming. They were able to get me more of a refund than I was getting by doing them myself. Also, I was able to get half my refund like the next day due to the loan option they offer.

This by far has been the best experience when it comes to filling taxes. Every year the wait and crowd is too much and never not enough privacy, So I was surprise when the preparer was able to sit me down privately and help me understand my 2020 taxes on time with no interruptions. He was patience and very kind when explaining all the new changes and credits I was eligible for 2020 tax return . I was so intrigued with all the services they provide and professionalism and even referred my mother and sister. I would give this place a 1000 stars...

Chris and his staff did an excellent job giving me and my wife a few different, well-thought out, customized options for our particular situation. Last year was my first time with Pioneer1 and we will be coming back again this year. Chris also provided helpful holistic financial counseling as I have a small side business, too.

Chris and Jessica is really sweet and they helped me a lot when I thought I had messed up. There was a huge difference compared to last year.
