Brilliant Fulfillment

I love working with Brilliant Fulfillment as my 3PL because the prices are fair and transparent, they're centrally located in Texas, and the people are trustworthy and incredibly attentive, which is rare for a 3PL. I wonder how they are so attentive, given the size of this place. I have had them on FaceTime video showing me the products in the warehouse being kitted. Their IT dept is willing to go the extra mile to make things work. It's very clean and organized inside with climate control, which we need. And the reporting interface they give me access to is easy to use. I also value their consultations on reducing shipping costs and other fees to help my bottom line. I highly recommend all my e-commerce fellow founders choose Brilliant. ..5/5 Stars!

Brilliant Fulfillment is a first-class fulfillment facility. We have worked with them for over two years. Nancy and her team are terrific to work with, and always go the "extra mile" to take care of our needs. Once we (finally!) found a fulfillment company that understood all the details and all the logistics required to successfully partner with us, we have no plans to leave.
