Hyatt Regency DFW International Airport

I've stayed at this hotel longer term twice now and both times have been great. The staff at this hotel are excellent and really friendly - particularly the front desk and breakfast staff. The buffet breakfast is expensive but has a very good selection. The location is very convenient for flights but if you're stopping longer term you'll need to head out every night to find food etc unless you want to eat in the hotel every night - this obviously to be expected for an airport hotel. Parking is free just need to get the ticket validated at the front desk on the way out. Rooms are a good size and block out a decent amount of the aircraft noise and if you like planes like me the rooms giving a runway view will certainly keep you entertained.

I had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt DFW Hotel, and I want to express my gratitude to Donald for providing exceptional customer service throughout my visit. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the warm welcome and attention to detail.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel's amenities, including the on-site dining options and fitness center, added to the overall positive experience.

What truly stood out during my stay was Donald's outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, from restaurant recommendations to arranging transportation. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made my stay even more memorable.

My flight kept getting delayed, I decided to fly out the next morning and stay at this hotel for the night. Cohen assisted me at the lobby, and he went above and beyond. Everything I needed was in my checked bag that I couldn’t get to. He took care of everything, and my room had the most amazing views of the planes arriving and departing. I had a drink at the bar, the service and beverages were great. The fitness center is nice. I will definitely be back.

The front desk gentleman who checked us in was awesome and even showed me how to save money on multiple day parking at DFW.

Rooms were a little dated but extremely comfy and clean with nice amenities.

The added advantage of being right on the DFW property was the icing on the cake. They even have a shuttle that will take you to any terminal (which we didn't use since we had a car)

We were very happy with our stay at Hyatt Regency DFW. We did not expect the great room upgrade extended to us. The facility was beautiful. We spent some great time at the bar with Xavier (bar tender) and had a fabulous dinner in the restaurant. Look forward to our next stay at Hyatt Regency DFW.

I was part of a group at the venue for a convention. The meeting and guest rooms were clean and organized. The food was top notch and quite varied. I used the fitness center and it had everything I needed to do a full body workout and cardio (with clean towels available for guest use in the fitness center). Would highly recommend this hotel for both its location and positive experience it offered my group and me personally.

This hotel was perfect for my impromptu layover inn Dallas. I missed my connecting flight due to delays and had to stay here from around 2 am to 5 am. I was able to get a room for 2 am and list that as my approximate arrival, boking at 9 pm the previous day. The front desk clerk quickly checked me in and I was able to go right to my room and get some sleep. The only con was the communal shampoo and soap bottles because I'm not sure how sanitary those are. But besides that this stay was great.

I was impressed with how the Staff responded to my needs. I have a hearing disability and without my alarm clock, I needed someone to wake me up in mornings. The staff put me in a room where I will have strobe light alarm clock hooked up to the doorbell where the staff would ring the bell and the alarm clock strobe light will go off. I appreciate that the staff went above and beyond to help me out. Thank you Hyatt Regency staff for the accommodation you have provided for me.

Quiet and comfortable room. Love that it so close to the airport. Loved the buffet breakfast. Also, had dinner there and the potions were generous and yummy. Will definitely return and recommend.

Check in representative was bubbly, positive and friendly - what a way to be greeted to start off a stay after a flight! As a globalist we were upgraded to a junior king suite with apron views which was a nicely sized room. Breakfast was a pretty good buffet spread, though expensive, and staff continued to be exceedingly polite. Hotel rooms are showing their age but it’s a perfectly suitable place considering its location. Would stay here again should the need arise.

Walk out of terminal C gate 19 area and go through the parking garage and there’s a covered overpass. Yes, up and down some stairs, but it’s also a 5 minute walk.

One easy improvement for management to make would be to improve pillows - tiny thin pancakes on a king bed isn’t great.

Professional staff and good services. The room was clean and the location was very convenient. Do not forget to validate your parking ticket, before leaving the hotel. If I visit Dallas, TX again, I will stay here.

Had a team meeting here. Skylan was great to work with. Short shuttle or walk to DFW. Checked all the boxes we needed with good room rates, food options, and ability to host our group.

Take the train to terminal C, go through the exit and wait for the shuttle that goes every 20 min. If you don't want to wait for the shuttle you can walk through the parking garage, cross the bridge, walk through the hotel garage and you will see sings to the hotel lobby. It was a little tricky but made it after a long walk. There is your shortcut. The hotel is clean, confortable, affordable and they have the shuttle working 24hr.

I have to say my stay here was absolutely phenomenal! The front desk associates are so helpful and I hate to pick favorites but Gabriel really set the standard. He helped with any questions or concerns with no hesitation and gave us all the information we needed to know for our stay! He truly made it memorable and I do thank you for the experience. The hotel is on the lot of the airport so it’s great for quick and easy access to the terminals, the valet is fast and very efficient and the rooms are superb! We got the runway view and I have to say it is completely worth it especially at night time. You don’t hear the airplanes like you would imagine would come with the runway view it’s actually peaceful and truly a sight to see. The room was spotless. We also ordered room service which was spectacular as well, I recommend the impossible burger, so flavorful. Overall , a great experience. We did stay here because we have a lay over for 8 hours. Room and hotel is clean. Very convenient location in the airport. There is food ready to be delivered in your room if you want. One thing you need to remember is you need to call in advance to get a courtesy van for pick up at the airport. Bed for some reason is very comfortable compared to other hotels I've been in the past. Over all, I would stay here again if I have another long lay over. It is made to make you relax after a long day of traveling.

Had a great stay for a one night layover before heading out. Staff was polite and room was clean and very quiet. Couldn't have asked for better!

This hotel is super clean and conveniently located at the airport! You can walk or take Skylink over to it. You will have to go through security again to return to the flight gates. The hotel also has a bar that is open until midnight I think. The receptionist who checked me in, Gabriel, was so kind and professional. Room was beautiful. The room I was in had an excellent view of the runway. I will definitely be keeping this place in mind for future travels!

Absolutely wonderful, accommodating staff. They didn’t mind bringing up a yoga mat, or a glass of wine at 9 pm. Everyone who works at this hotel should get an award for being outstanding.

The location is incredibly special, it's an airport hotel. We still chose it for 4 days while staying in Dallas as we had to move back and forth from Forth Worth to Dallas so it's in the middle. The room is so cool looking directly at the airstrip.

Was very impressed with this hotel. It's a category 2 vs the Grand Hyatt is a 5 so I had some concerns but the staff was amazing (Nik, Nik and Ryan were great), the location is very convenient to the airport. The pool heater was off when we tried to swim but other than that great stay and will be back!
