I just recently purchased from these guys. If you want quality service, work with Brent who was exceptional. He was friendly, personable, and explained everything in great detail to us. I finished work late so I couldn’t make it until 7:30pm to check out the vehicle I wanted. I appreciate that he stayed there until after hours, explained the process to me thoroughly with no pressure. We are most likely going to go back to purchase our second car from these guys very soon! Lace was very good at keeping us informed via text messages. It was an interesting time being during during the holiday season. The car was diagnosed earlier than we expected and the final bill was less than the estimate. We are very pleased and will continue to use Hiley for our future service and car needs. Bought a new Palisade and Dave Lucas did an amazing job of assisting us with this purchase. We live 150 miles away and were able to get everything done by phone or text. When I tell you the entire experience was incredible, from start to finish, that would be a massive understatement. Everyone was SO great.
