Lowe's Home Improvement

Lowe’s in Bountiful is always a pleasant experience. Clean, organized and friendly staff. I rented a carpet cleaner, was pleased of how easy it was, and the machine itself did a great job. This is my home go to store.

I used to be a home depot guy, so I figured Lowes would be the same. This location is amazing. After several great experiences I realized that this store just takes customer service very seriously. I thought I was just happening upon great employees.

I love having this location so close to our building - the service is always awesome. Thanks for making it a priority, it's such a breath of fresh air!

I love Lowe's. They have clean organized stores with a broad selection of home improvement products. They don't always have the lowest price but they will happily price match. They are also community focused. When my son was working on an eagle project Lowe's graciously donated/discounted some of the materials for the project (while other large home improvement stores wouldn't). I've been a loyal customer ever since.

This is a great Lowe's with plenty of friendly employees. I was approached multiple times to be asked if I need help! I always find everything I need as they have everything anyone could need for DIY.

I went in to exchange some Craftsman screwdrivers. They made the experience smooth and fast. The process is much better than it used to be.

Great team! Always very on top of it! Josh in paint department helped me find my exact colors and even matched my very annoying small object I brought in to be matched.

I went to Lowes Dec 2, 2023 to purchase materials for my basement. After checkout, I realized that my coupon was not applied to the purchase. A huge shoutout to your employee named Giselle. While I was trying to bring up the issue to one of the associates, Giselle took ownership of my issue. She update me every step of the way. It was a long process because she had to sort out the receipt and then repurchase it, in short too much work from her end. I really appreciate that time she took and was really professional about it. The thing that most impress me is that she was not even customer service or cashier that time, she was working in the Floor Sales but she took initiative to resolve someones issue. Giselle reflects the true value of customer service, this is the reason why I prefer going to LOWES. Thank you Giselle!!! Thank you Lowes. You got one solid loyal customer here.

I always love going to Lowes, typically just to look around and see what next great thing I need for my house. This last visit, I went looking to remodel our bathroom and loved the they had a wide selection of counter/sink combos. This I in relation to other stores of similar nature that were definitely lacking in their inventory. Plus, the staff has always been helpful with me.

Ross ,Braden ,Paco,both Dan's and Mike go above and beyond to help you. Also, everyone there has a great attitude(Bountiful Store). The Salt Lake Store is also great, Jazz and Brady are excellent .2 thumbs 👍 to both stores.Thank you to both stores for helping 😀 me to have a great day.

I love Lowe's compared to other big box stores. The layout is great and carry whatever you need. Staff is very friendly and offer assistance instead of having to wander around the store having to look for help.

I purchased a microwave on July 1, 2023 it was a on line order,. When my husband picked up the box it was opened. My husband ask why it was opened and they said it was to check the color of the microwave. My husband thought it was a strange response, but they re-taped the box and he brought it home. At the last stage of putting in the microwave we noticed a dent on the bottom of the microwave. I am pretty sure it was a return for the dent. We really don't want to reinstall another microwave. but I just feel like we were lied to and now we have a dented microwave. just disappointed.

Lowe's replied to my review which was really nice. I had been very frustrated trying to use the Chat feature on their website. With the reply I was able to get a service appointment scheduled. Thank you.

Brian at the Bountiful location helped us in outdoor furniture. He was amazing and went above and beyond to help us. We loved our purchases and left the store happy with our experience.

Came in to get a gallon of paint matched to a sample I brought in. Got really friendly and helpful service to get the color and sheen just right. Wasn't pressured to take anything that wasn't a good match. Would recommend!

This is one of our favorite Lowe's locations. They're a large enough store that you will find a great selection of most anything you'll go looking for. The employees have always gone above and beyond. They really do love seeing the dogs that come in with their people, so this is a great place to bring the pups before heading next door to the pet store.

I just wanted to give a huge shout out of appreciation to Becky (in appliances) in from the Bountiful location. She helped me solve an issue that was caused 100% by the manufacturer of an item I ordered, and she went above and beyond to not only solve the issue, she was absolutely professional and helpful in dealing with the manufacturer and establishing a replacement for me. Thank you Becky! I appreciate you and how hard you worked on this issue for me! I love my new gas range!

I am very impressed with the Bountiful Lowe's. I have been here multiple times these past few weeks to work on a few projects. Most people know that means going back and forth trying to figure out all the stuff you need and usually involves lots of buying and sometimes returning. Every employee that has helped me has been amazing. I am extremely impressed by the people who work here. I have been helped by at least 5 or 6 different employees and each one was kind, friendly, willing to help and answer my questions without being pushy or overbearing. The two ladies who helped me in the garden center were both nice and answered my questions and helped me find what I was looking for. The people in paint helped me exchange a color. The employees at the pickup and return disk were kind, helped me return items quickly and made everything very simple. This other employee gave me the great idea of spray painting the hardware I wanted so it could be the color I wanted (it ended up working perfectly). I enjoy going to Lowe's and always feel like I can count on the employees to help when needed. This store has a great staff, I hope they know it.

Absolutely the very best Lowes staff anywhere. Cliff the assistant manager and the pro- desk staff are highly knowledgeable, solution and customer service oriented. Their help and commitment to customer service and satisfaction gets the complex project material orders done and on the way. A standing ovation to this exceptional team. Thank you!
