Millcreek Flower Delivery

I live out of state and placed an online order for delivery service on a holiday, oops! When you’re “forty something”, work retail and have no kids, you don’t pay attention to these things. The florist reached out to my niece to ask where she would like the flowers delivered. So…not much of a surprise but at no fault to them. (Side note, I really should have been named Murphy…everything that can go wrong, will). I really appreciated the text message with photo of the arrangement prior to the delivery. Props to Jessica, it was stunning! They went above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced with a florist before, and this includes my own wedding. I’m really happy I reached out to them. I think we’ve all experienced a sharp decline in customer service during the past few years so it’s refreshing and comforting to see that there are still good businesses and employees that actually care. I ordered a birthday bouquet for my boss without much notice and Millcreek Flower Delivery did a FANTASTIC job with my order. The arrangement was gorgeous and delivered so quickly. I ordered from Laura's at the last-minute after a friend's mother passed away. The shoppe immediately replied when the chosen flower was not available and offered a like-replacement. My friend loved the bouquet, stating it was bright, full, and beautiful. Not only was the product beautiful but the customer service was equally fantastic.

I used Laura's flower shoppe for my bouquets and boutonnieres in my wedding in October 2016 and they were incredible! Everything turned out completed perfect and she even let us rent some pedestals for the ceremony. I loved working with them and couldn't have asked for a better experience. We ordered flowers for my daughter (we’re out of state) and their delivery schedule wouldn’t work with my daughters work schedule. So the lady at the shop that helped us said she would personally take the flowers to my daughter’s work. Above and beyond, super pleased with the amazing and excellent customer service! I called last minute a week ago on my way home from a business meeting. The ladies there were nice to deal with on the phone. I was pleasantly surprised to get an email showing the arrangement that was being delivered. The arrangement was even better than the picture on the site I had selected. I will use this company again!! I have never been sent a photo of sn arrangenentbbeing delivered so I could now it was perfect gor the thw person I sent the arrangement.

Excellent arrangements for my best friends funeral, the family was very impressed with the flowers. They only had a day and a half to get the order completed, even had to order some of the flowers for the arrangement and still had there it there at the requested time.
