The hotel provided an exceptional experience, thanks largely to its incredibly cordial staff. Located conveniently close to the airport, it offers easy access to both Fort Worth and Dallas, making it ideal for travelers looking to explore the area. Additionally, its proximity to the American Airlines Campus is a significant plus. The surrounding area is notably peaceful, offering a tranquil retreat from the bustling city life. This combination of friendly service, strategic location, and quiet environment makes it a top choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Great location, top notch service, and comfortable room. Had a super early flight and Dan (shuttle driver) was the epitome of fantastic customer service, especially at 2:45 am.

Will stay here my next business trip for sure.

Stayed here for a week and highly recommend staying here. The front desk staff was very friendly. There was always a shuttle in their front driveway ready to take people to the airport. To get a ride from the airport to the hotel we had to call the manager and request a ride. They tell you to meet the shuttle at a specific gate in your terminal. The room was super clean, which is the main reason I enjoyed the week long stay. There’s a lot of food options in a 5-10 minute walk distance, so that’s helpful if you don’t feel like driving. The room price was affordable. There is no free breakfast, but that wasn’t a deal breaker since everything else mentioned above was excellent.

I was recently staying at this location for a work trip, and I have to say the hospitality from the front desk agent was phenomenal. Her personality was something you do not come across too often now in customer service. She made my long, tiresome work trip somewhat enjoyable. Thank you kaydrian and Cindy for the shuttle ride.

Very nice hotel. The room was clean and surprisingly spacious. The bed was comfortable. The employees were all very nice. The pool is on the small side and faces a parking lot but it’s well cared-for and clean. This place is a solid option & I’d stay there again

Had a lovely stay here. Bed was very comfortable. Rooms design is a little old school but I didn’t mind that. The room was very big and I liked that there was a small kitchen space with a fridge and microwave. Bathroom was redone and very clean. Huge shower. Bedding was clean, soft and comfortable. Has the old school a/c units which I actually really love. Cooled the room off amazingly which is really saying something bc we were under heat advisories. Loved the sound of them too. The only 2 complaints I have is that the Wi-Fi is not secured and that you cannot stream on the tv’s. I couldn’t even get the tv to mirror my shows from my phone. They really need to address that. I was worried from other locations bc the reviews had complained about their cars being stolen or vandalized. Thankfully had no issues there. It’s in a great location with many food options and gas stations. It was also very close to Euless which has tons of restaurants and shops. Just a short 10 min drive. I would def stay here again!!

Apart from the annoying beeping the elevators do at every floor, my stay was enjoyable.

the people here are so accommodating and kind. after being stranded at the airport, due to cancellations, they provided us with so much care and understanding for our situation. they scheduled us for a shuttle ride and allowed us to stay in our hotel room way past the check out time so we wouldn’t have to wait at the airport for multiple hours before our flight. they made sure we had toothbrushes and toothpaste since we didn’t have our luggage. the room was extremely comfortable and breakfast service was amazing. best hospitality and customer service i’ve ever received!

The service at this hotel was amazing. They even upgraded us to a larger room at check-in. The rooms were clean, large bathroom and shower, plenty of towels, comfortable bed with multiple pillows for different sleeping preferences labeled firm or soft. The breakfast buffet was great and fresh, lots of options. Our server for breakfast was amazing. She was friendly, entertaining and kept our coffee and orange juice full at all times. There are more luxurious hotels if you have the money to spend, but I can't imagine getting any better service.

The staff was dealing with a lot of flight cancellations at the airport and was very professional and helpful. Amy was great at handling phone calls as well as assisting the customers in the lobby. The 2 gentleman that drove the shuttle bus were also extremely helpful once they finished picking up riders, they went behind the desk to go above and beyond to help us. If you are in a bind, this is the place to stay. Room was very clean and we were given complimentary late check out since our flight was delayed.

Very nice hotel…staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and staff in restaurant couldn’t be better. Shuttle to airport is very helpful and convenient. Couldn’t ask for for a better stay….don’t understand why it’s only a 3 star rating.

We were here because the hubby works with Oncor and they had him on-call. The visit was short, but from the moment we walked in, we were greeted with Hellos and How are you doings? The only thing I can say, is if I had to pay $13.99 for buffet breakfast, I'd be pist. Don't get me wrong, it was great, hot & fresh!! But, 13.99 worth?!?! And I can't take any food with me? No thanks.

Love this place!!!! it's so clean and beautiful from downstairs to upstairs inside the rooms the breakfast and lunch is very good, I stayed here for 2 nights it's expensive but very Worth the money... It's by the airport and the shuttle drivers take you there and pick you up. I love the smell of the soaps and shampoos they have in the rooms. It has a nice big window so the view was beautiful as well... I also want to thank the front desk lady named dayleen (hope I spelled it correctly) ❤ I'd love to come back on my next stay thanks so much. ❤

This was definitely one of the nicer Holiday Inns that I've stayed in. Room was clean and very up to date. Hotel staff was friendly and I was greeted warmly the moment I stepped through the door. The hotel restaurant was almost too fast. I ordered an appetizer and a meal with a salad. The appetizer came out and less than 5 minutes later my entree arrived. Unfortunately by the time I got to my entree it was starting to cool off. Overall this is definitely a great place to stay aside from being close to the airport and hearing the planes take off and land.

Awesome location and clean rooms, the staff truly stood out the most. Deena was extremely professional and so sweet! I would definitely come back here again to stay longer. An ideal location for flight cancellations, it has all the amenities you need and you’re only minutes from the airport.

My #1 thing I look for is bathroom cleanliness and I was not disappointed. Stayed two nights and the front desk was wonderful, never rude and the room was comfortable and clean and had a great view. We didn't do the buffet but did go to the Resturant and paid for breakfast which was absolutely delicious. Good location, just off the highway in a safe-feeling area maybe 10 min from the airport. Absolutely will stay again.

Chris made our experience an amazing one. He is so positive, knowledgeable, and a great asset to your hotel. It was nice to walk in and be greeted by someone with amazing customer service after a day of delays. Thank you Chris! Beds and rooms were also comfy.

Staff checked us in quick, room was very nice and clean especially for the price. The bartender Chris was awesome, even though we got there close to closing she didn’t make us feel rushed and was very attentive and nice! We ordered food from the kitchen and Mathew even came out from the kitchen was extremely nice, making sure we had all we needed and if we wanted or needed anything else. Great weekend getaway for us! Thank you! GO SPURS GO!!
