One of them were able to remove my collar stain. After they returned my shirt they apologized for not being able to completely remove my stain with a tag. Guess what the stain was actually gone!! Keep up the awesome work.!! Thx.

Gave 1 star because Zero wasn't an option. Just moved to Euless. Double creased 2 of my shirts. (Only laundered 3 of them) Promised a shirt by 5pm the next day. I waited until 5:30, shirt never came. Went on my cruise missing my new shirt. The shirt I waited for, when I got it after my cruise, it had a crease in the front of the shirt. No quality control! Pics are of the first shirt double creased. I'll be finding a new cleaner.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We are new to the Dallas/Fort Worth area and we do not have a washer or dryer yet. We searched for a laundromat and this place popped up. When we arrived we quickly realized this was not what we were looking for. The lady came to the door and insisted we come inside. I told her all we were looking for was a good old fashioned pop the quarter in the washer and let it spin. She asked if we wanted dry cleaning for our two baskets of laundry and we said NO. NO NO NO. Most of it was t shirts and jeans. My husband asked if there was a laundromat near by but she said they could handle it. She said they could provide a wash and press service. We were hesitant but figured a nicer service of wash wouldn't kill us. Came back to pick everything up and she ran it as DRY CLEANING. T-shirts, dry cleaned. Towels, dry cleaned. It cost us a fortune! WOULD NEVER EVER GO BACK. I realize that we picked the place but she ran it as the wrong service and definitely charged us for it. What a scam.

I brought in a Neck tie with some spots. The only reason I brang it in. I go and pick it up and the spots are still there. I point these out to here, she said I did not tell me about them. I did, but she was argumentative. She sent the tie back and when I received it the spots were gone and now the ties is worse than when it went it. There is a brown discoloration to the tie. The clerk did care or even offer to try again and not that I would let them.

Poor customer service, poor quality cleaning and no concern for quality.

Will NOT be going back and would not recommend to anyone.

I dropped off a pair of pants to be altered on Friday. The man that was there told me it would be ready by Monday at 5pm. I went back Tuesday because I forgot, but the woman that was there told me it wouldn't be ready until Friday. "These things take time." Is what she told me. I understand that, but I was QUOTED for Monday. Now I can't use them for when I needed them. As a first time customer, this left a bad impression. I wont be going back here and I would advise anyone to go anywhere else.

UPDATE: I went to pick up my pants and I was told I had to pay, even though I had paid when I initially dropped them off. I accept responsibility for not keeping up with my receipt, but why didnt the first guy I spoke to mark it as paid? I had to pull up the charge on my bank app because they made me pay twice. I think this place is extremely unorganized and will not return there.

This place is HORRIBLE. They completely ruined my shirt (burnt and ripped the sleeve completely). Lady tried to tell me I brought in the shirt that way, which why would I bring a torn shirt to clean? I'd throw it away.

Beware!!! Use a different company!! There are better ones right up the road.

Dropped off something Monday was told would be ready Tuesday. Went back Wednesday item was still not ready. Do yourself and find a more reliable place than this.

Told me my cloth will be ready by Friday on Tuesday but it wasn’t. If you can’t make it ready, you shouldn’t tell so because it might be very important for others.
