Holiday Inn Dallas DFW Airport Area West

Great rooms, staff, and everyone was very helpful. The hotel is located just off the 820. You really have to pay close attention when trying to get into the entrance of this hotel.
We we're really excited about being able to get in a little earlier than expected into our room. We were hungry so we went just a very short drive up the street to the steak house for an early dinner. I mean the steak house was literally 3 minutes away.
I would definitely recommend visiting this hotel. Very clean and absolutely wonderful staff.

Though I didn’t stay at this hotel, Om provided excellent customer service. I ended up cancelling my reservation before checking in. Om was kind, patient and answered all of my questions (I had a lot). I would definitely consider staying here next time I am in the DFW area because of him.

The rooms were comfy. Had 2 days of cancelled flights, but the people here were absolutely amazing. The bartender Jenny was an angel. If I'm ever back in Dallas I will stay here. Also the shuttle.service to the airport is super convenient!

This hotel was amazing! Sure there were things in the room with slight issues but no time for a broken hairdryer! The staff was amazing!! They helped with anything we needed! We came for a pleasure weekend and got exactly that!
Now, for the bar… JENNY, you were, well no words can explain ;) PHENOMENAL! You made our stay so “homie” thanks for the good times and great memories!! We will be back because of you ❣

Comfy beds, great air conditioning! Staff if very friendly but BIG shout out to Alvin,the shuttle driver, he was so nice and very efficient

Had a flight cancelled and airlines put me up for the night w food vouchers and Holiday Inn was great! Very friendly staff making sure I had everything I needed even provided complementary toothpaste and brush. Room was clean and comfortable big king size bed. Nice toiletries Dove brand. Restaurant was delicious had fresh Caesar salad and big steak cooked perfectly! The breakfast was hot, fresh and lots of choices buffet style. I appreciate the airport shuttle also picking me up and taking me back exactly where I needed on time. I def will stay again anytime I stop in DFW area again!

Our flight got cancelled and AA put us up here. At 1am, the check in line was enormous and just one lady was working front desk. Bless her heart, Angelina was amazing. Patient and kind with every guest.

Our flight was canceled and needed a place to stay last minute. This hotel was amazing at their customer service and helpfulness. There is a shuttle that goes to the airport and even our shuttle driver was amazing. Highly recommend!

The airline sent us to this hotel because of a cancelled flight, they were very kind at the hotel and quick to give our room. The people at the buffet were really nice with us.

Great service from the whole staff! Jenny was a super worker and handled the many extra customers on a Tuesday night excellent!

I work at Forum Parkway Health and Rehab and we have had a crazy ice storm since Monday. We had to get rooms for our employees to stay during this period. I have called the hotel to cancel and add rooms for the last 2 days and every time I call I have spoken to Jay at the front desk. He has been awesome!! He has so much patience with me and has done everything to make sure we have the rooms needed! Thank you so much Jay for being awesome!!

Nice location and the airport shuttle service was very handy, I enjoyed a nice leisurely breakfast (15$) at the buffet. I had a swim before bed that was very relaxing.

The lady running around taking care of the floor and the bar is doing a outstanding job

The staff here made my stay a 5 star experience. I was booked for a night here after my delayed flight had me missing my connection at DFW. They have on demand shuttle service to and from the airport. I even had some nice fish tacos at their restaurant, mostly also comped by the airline. Their outdoor pool was even open, and I could not resist it’s tranquil setting! Again all staff at every encounter made me feel welcomed and relaxed every step of the way on what had been an otherwise stressful traveling experience.

I had an overnight layover at DFW Airport and stayed here. The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and courteous. They have a complimentary airport shuttle that will pickup and drop off at the airport which was so convenient. I have a Service Dog and everyone was very respectful of that.
It was a wonderful experience and I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone.

On 6/9, the kid at the desk took on at least 100 delayed travelers. Next morning had cabs for the same 100. All by himself, he handled all of us. Excellent service and many thanks.

On 9 Jan 22 American Airlines placed me in the Holiday Inn six miles from the airport. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was very enjoyable. Shout out to Adrian who manages the bar and restaurant. He was friendly, accommodating, and made sure I was taken care of while ordering dinner. He even suggested a hamburger patty for my Yorkie, I did not have dog food with me. The young ladies working the front desk were very pleasant and accommodating. The morning desk receptionist helped me charge my phone since my charger died, my only source of communication with my family. Again, thank you to the entire staff who made a stressful situation enjoyable. Cynthia Harkness

Great employees clean inviting and classy excellent food to be transparent and honest I did find roach and asked for good view but it's not to detract from overall experience I'll show a pic of the view I got on the 5th floor

Omg the graveyard staff was phenomenal to say the lease. Are flight was delayed and the airline gave us a comp room they treated us as if we was royal. They was so nice we checked in about 2am left by 6:30am. Room was nice, clean and smelled fresh. If I'm here again I will definitely stay here again.
