Hyatt Place DFW

Nice spacious bedroom well kept nice restaurant with all needful things. Only criticism all my pillows were different some hard some fluffy some small....but the bed is nice. There is nothing much around but close to the airport....

The staff here is fantastic.... everyone we encountered from the front desk to the shuttle drivers were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety of options. Shuttle service was quick and the customer service was top notch. It was a huge relief after a terrible experience at the airport with American airlines.

I have traveled extensively and this is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, service was phenomenal. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Everything exceeded all expectations.

Great location and great place in general. Shuttle person was nice and got me to the hotel quick.

Bed was comfortable, shower had good pressure, and place was practically spotless. Breakfast was about as expected at any hotel, but then again I'm not a snob. Priced really great considering it's location.

First time trying out Hyatt, and will definitely come back for another stay when I come back to DFW.

Fantastic experience. The shuttle service is exceptional. I was here for a board review for my upcoming medical exam at a conference center nearby. Although the stress of that is not fun, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay as seamless and as painless as possible. Will definitely stay again if I visit dfw in the future.

Was here for a 2 day training. It is a nice hotel with nice rooms, plenty of parking for free and no airport noise or something. The front desk staff and the bar team staff were amazing.
they always say "how are you" " always say "have a nice day" they work very hard as it it is a busy hotel. We were here for a training, and all participants told very positive about the team. They gave us a great experience and super service even till late in the night. Thumbs up, I never seen them agitated or stressed, and it could be very busy sometimes, always friendly.

Stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. Hotel is well taken care of, rooms are clean and comfortable and staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, gym and pool were also spot on. Very silent even though is close to the airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pet friendly for a $75 cleaning fee. Food was very good, got pizza. Afternoon front desk people are Amazing! Doing everything from phones, cking people in, serving tables and making drinks. They don't get paid enough.

10min from DSW and the hotel provides shuttles both ways. The shuttle drivers are the best; incredibly kind and friendly folks, especially Keith. It was so fun to chat with him and you can tell he is genuinely a very nice and kind person.

The front desk staff are all very friendly snd helpful.

Overall a very good stay and would book here again!

Very convenient to terminals and rental car facility. As a business traveler, I stay at a lot of different hotels and the staff on 12/19/2023 have to be the most friendly and outgoing that I have ever seen. Will definitely stay again when needing to be around the airport

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff are incredible and Deborah at the front desk is kind, warm, and loving. I'm grateful to have woken up and enjoyed breakfast surrounded by smiles and laughter from the staff. I highly recommend!!

An amazing hotel in Dallas, it as an exemplary location being near the airport, the room was clean and had a nice office and TV and soft beds. The hardworking housekeepers do a great job with cleaning the rooms, I would definitely recommend this place.

Stuck in DFW overnight so I called. Made a reservation and set up shuttle pickup and return to DFW all in one phone call. Very nice staff! So nice at 12:30 AM!
Room was very clean and quiet. There was a nice breakfast selection and hot coffee. Checkout was a breeze and shuttle runs every half hour to DFW. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing service at the Dallas-Fort Worth location! Having a meal available after arriving at 10pm after a long day of delays was just what we needed. Employees were so very kind and helpful!

This hotel is incredible. Conveniently located at DFW, it is surprisingly quiet and easy to get to. The staff is the friendliest of any hotel I have stayed at. Room was great!

We came to Hyatt place due to tons of flights getting canceled, and little did we realized we had booked a day later, so long story short,we were waiting to find next best option for the night, and while waiting Keith walks in,his duty started at 2 am and boy did he hold his job to the best of his abilities! He went beyond call of duty, offered us water blankets and even food, that’s what I call hospitality for stranded folks off the flight. He said you are my guests in my house and I have yet to come across such a humble, kind and thoughtful soul in the hospitality industry. This man needs more than 4 stars coz he is a hero in disguise! Keep up the great work Keith ‘ you rock big time ! Hyatt place you guys are lucky to have a gentleman on your team.

Stayed at this hotel for Women Evolve 23. Everyone from the front desk the shuttle drive and the entire staff was amazing and kind. I would definitely stay here again Customer Service was exceptional not only that breakfast and a shuttle is included and very convenient.

Stayed here for 1 month (a long time for an airport hotel really - but close to where I was working). The stay was excellent, all the staff are really friendly and service was always polite and efficient when I needed it. The room was a good size and quiet and probably some of the quietest AC I've had in a room - which as a light sleeper in the increasingly warm spring months was a bonus. The room was well cleaned and stocked each day, and the breakfast spread was pretty good for a free breakfast - probably beating some paid for buffets I've had in other hotels. I had to travel on a couple of occasions during my stay and the shuttle service to the airport and pick from the airport was excellent. I would subtract only a minor part star (*) for the fact they have a gas fireplace outside which appears to be on 24/7 - this seems rather wasteful, especially in the middle of the day when it's pushing 90 degrees! Also I rated location lower as there is basically nothing around here other than a Starbucks and a gas station if you need to eat/drink you will need a car/cab.
