Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Colleyville DFW Airport West

Everything was up to par, rooms are clean & modern with all the hotel amenities. Continental breakfast had everything you needed for a quick bite to start the day. Parking lot was safe & with lights at night. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Our room was clean, the staff was very kind, and breakfast each morning was delicious! We also really enjoyed the indoor pool. Definitely recommend!

I'm actually pretty amazed at how great our stay was here. Great location near a lot of shops and restaurants, amazing price, indoor pool, free breakfast, and very very clean. We even took the stairs one day and it was clean and fresh smelling! My only complaint is the courtesy shop they have. Pretty crazy high prices so don't forget anything. I mean it is what it is, so if you forget something just go to Target down the street. I just finished up leaving a two star review for an Omni property but this Hampton was great!!

Great visit! John was fantastic at the front desk - so friendly and helpful. 5-star service - made my stay special! Room was clean and had nice features. Breakfast was standard Hilton fare - nothing special but enough to get you through the morning.

Very quiet and clean hotel. Nice breakfast selections. Met our need and would stay again.

Staying tonight for a layover, staff was understand if my testing-you-know-what-face, after lots of travel delays! The woman at the desk was kind and quick and*the run is clean and spacious! Very pleased! I'll stay again!!!

This has been one of the best hotel stays I've ever had. The hotel is beautifully kept, well staffed and in a great location. I absolutely loved staying here and hope to again. If I had to name a con, it would have to be the cold pool. Even in the more than 100 degree weather, the pool was ice cold. Thank you for making my stay awesome!

I got stuck in Dallas with a missed connection, and booked a room at this hotel overnight.
The place is very close to DFW (~ 15-20 minutes?) and only a few turns out of the airport. The evening staff were very polite and helpful. They also recommended a delicious place for dinner (Chef Point Bar & Restaurant) that was all of 3 minutes away by foot (convenient for me without a car).
The room was clean and nicely laid out - and after dinner I was able to get right to sleep so I could catch my connection in the morning at DFW. I left too early for waffles, but grabbed a good cup of free coffee on my way out the door at 5:30am.

Very nice hotel, about 9 miles from Dallas airport right off the highway.

Booked through Priceline and would NOT do that again. Had my booking incorrect, but they upgraded me to correct room. Had a great time in area visiting with relatives and sightseeing.

Definitely one of the best hotels around DFW airport. Excellent and outstanding service by far. A++++++++ in my books. Never had any issues at all with this place and the staff were top-notch professional and very helpful when needed. Housekeeping staff was consistent and thorough in cleaning my room (three times over the course of two weeks). Complimentary breakfast was always delicious and different every morning with new menu items. Fitness area was always clean and available to use. The pool and lounge area was also clean and available for social gatherings.

Highly recommended to all seeking lodging for business or leisure around north Texas and DFW area.

At my time at the Hampton, I felt the presence of southern hospitality at its greatest from the morning staffs of Eric to the night auditor Jana, everyone is so customer service friendly 24/7 and work so hard daily. I stayed well over 120 days and each day has been the example of The Hilton Experience! Salute to that staff! You all had done beyond amazing 👏

The rooms are very nice & clean. The van driver was super friendly & helped w/our luggage.

Cynthia was super helpful preparing a wonderful breakfast 😋 & has a beautiful personality. She was so friendly & professional.

Unfortunately, the Front Desk Representative on 7/29/2022 @ between 9pm - 10pm CST was not as pleasant & seemed irritated to assist me.

As a Diamond Member, upon check-in I asked which snacks can I choose from? His response was the "only snacks I can have are the ones I plan to pay for."

Even after showing him the HH App on my phone that says I receive a snack plus a bottle of water, he indicated he did not have any snacks for me & asked if I wanted a bottle of water?

I feel this representative does not represent the Hilton brand in a positive way & should repeat his customer service training - because there is a way to say everything, & that was not the correct nor professional way.

First, the staff are friendly and helpful. This made my Texas vacation very lovely due to hotel staff I've met.

The hotel is really good at keeping this place clean. It still looks and smell brand new after 3 years. I am loving this new look of Hampton. I hope others will follow. I love everything about this hotel. The interior design is excellent. It's fresh and still homey.

We LOVE staying at this Hilton Hotel. We are Diamond members and travel a lot. Saying that you know each hotel is different from the atmosphere, beds, food, and employees. This one is very consistent in their employees friendliness, the cleanliness, and the taste of the food. There is always a good amount of parking (even if you have a trailer!).

I absolutely love this hotel. Came in for a funeral but it was the little things, besides the cleanliness, friendly ness and the total kid friendly. It was the inspirational things I'd see throughout the place. Of course I have the little ones and be in my head at times I'd see positive things. IT REALLY IS, A GREAT TO BE GREAT!!!

Excellent, friendly & helpful management & staff, beautiful Hilton property, clean & spacious rooms, indoor pool, large meeting rooms, complementary breakfast from 6A-10A, hot tea and coffee stand, lots of charging ports downstairs and in the rooms, large TV, microwave & mini refrigerators in the rooms, fluffy bath towels and extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of restaurants in walking distance and right next door to the hotel. Unfortunately, there's no complimentary DFW Airport Shuttle to or from the airport. But I definitely plan to stay here again. I loved it and got the best rest at this lovely property. Thank you sooooooo much!!!!!

The room was extremely nice!!! For the price the stay was way worth more than we paid. Definitely gives you 5star hotel vibes! No one bothered me and I like that. Plus a indoor pool

This is a really nice hotel. We stayed three nights. It was quiet. The breakfast was good. The pool was clean and fun. I like that it was a saltwater system instead of chlorine. The staff was nice, especially Marco. One of the customers in front of us was so rude when she was checking in. I couldn't believe how nasty she was being, but Marco handled it very well. He was polite the whole time she ranted.

Very clean rooms /property with super staff! Winston was so helpful assisting us with getting another hotel room for my daughter's wedding. The sales staff did an exceptional job with the block of rooms we requested. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a quality room for a great price. Breakfast was an added plus!
