Generation X Games & Comics

This is a fantastic comic/game shop with a fantastic selection of comics.
Usually when a game shop tries to sell comics, they don't have a useful selection of comics or omnis. This comic book shop has an excellent size of back issues, collected editions, statues and more on top of all the gaming setups too.

A very inclusive and friendly shop for all things TCG, Board Games, and Comics. In particular, I love their bulk MTG card selection. It is sorted by set and makes finding particular cards very easy. Way cheaper than paying shipping for commons! Thank y'all.

Definitely spent too much here on gunpla. But overall nice friendly staff. Friendly and relaxing vibe. Definitely has a lot of stuff packed into that store. Definitely will hit up again if ever in texas again.

Super awesome store! Chatted with the owner a bit and always refreshing to meet people who are passionate about the work they do. Their collectables are reasonably priced and have a huge selection that is fun to go through. Great atmosphere, selection, and prices. Keep up the great work!

Tons of comics, even some I’d never heard of. Fair prices on back issues, too. Very helpful staff and great sales! The back issue comics were very organized and easy to navigate. The whole store is very organized and an employee is always close by to help out. I will be coming back here!

Very good selection, comics, manga, figurines, gunpla, etc. multiple tables for board games. The store was super cool and larger than I expected. I could spend hours just looking around. I will be back for sure. Staff was also very nice.

Wow....what a store, great service and what a selection of everything game, comic, and anime. If your looking for some cool stuff it's a great chance this place has it.

So I didn't go for the comics, I went for their selection of table top RPG material. It's quite expansive and impressive. You're sure to find what you're looking for here! Not to mention their massive selection of dice and TTRPG peripherals.

However if you ARE a comic book fan or collector, you'll think you've died and gone to heaven.

So far as I know, nobody's got Generation X beat when it comes to comics and gaming hobby selections.

This place is a goldmine for comic nerds like myself!! Huge selection of back issues and comics with huge value behind glass cases!! Great staff and very knowledgeable all things comics, magic and whatever else you need!! This should be your store if you live in the area!! 5 stars!!

I took my daughter here to learn how to play Pokemon. It was prerelease day so they couldn't do it since the had games going that day. They welcomed us to stay and watch. My daughter enjoyed the experience. We even got lucky to get a Charizard 🔥

I've been to Generation X twice in the last week. The first time was to check the place out as a potential place to meet with some people I've been talking to to start a DND group in a safe, public space. The staff were super friendly, and there's no charge for sit and play. I also saw a board game I was interested in, but wanted to learn about first as it was one of the pricier games with minis and really nice components.

I decided I wanted the game, today I called before driving out to make sure the game was still in stock, Makayla took my call, was super friendly and checked they still had it, and even offered to hold it for me while I made the drive out. While I was there, a group of players were cheering on a family as one member, a 60+ year old woman, was getting her first magic deck to get involved in family hobbies. The store even threw in some free boosters to get her started. I thought it was really sweet, and can tell this location fosters a great community in both their staff and players.

Couldn't feel better about this place from first impressions. Great staff, great community, safe area for public gaming, just all around fantastic.

Love coming here for mtg related functions and stuff. They have tons of comics and other stuff to nerd out on. Staff is really nice and informative. Highly recommend for all your nerd needs

We enjoy coming here for all our pokemon cards and war hammer and dungeons and dragon merchandise! Very helpful, good customer service! We have yet to come and play in-person. Been coming here for 3 yrs now.

This place is impressive. They have a back issue selection that I could spend hours just perusing. The boardgame wall is impressive and offered a wide array of games that could make any hobbyist shiver in excitement. I've been here twice and each time I've marveled at the sheer selection of graphic novels and plushies available. This recent outing I was able to score a key issue I've had my eye on for some time and that makes me so happy. A must see shop for any comic collector.

Super friendly board game store! Tons of space dedicated for people to just come and play games. They even have games for you to play, if you don't have any yourself or are looking to try a game out before you buy it! Decent selection to buy as well, I found some interesting things I didn't know existed last time I was in. Games and Tournaments pretty much every night!

Great selection across multiple sources of games whether you like tabletop rpgs, board games, tcg, or just wanna add to your comic or dice collection. I definitely recommend heading over if you are ever in the area

We love going here. Awesome board game variety. Reasonable prices. Funko pops. Graphic novels. Good stuff, nice staff. Tables if you want to stay and play.
