T-Mobile

I went to T-Mobile and Tyler Matney helped me with getting my son & I set up with service & phones. I think he was fantastic he helped me understand my plan and the service with the phones all of the different options along with having pretty amazing conversations. It was definitely appreciated. I will say T-Mobile is lucky to have him!!!

The manager at this Huntington T-mobile who helped us resolve our phone line issues (I believe that her name is Hayleigh but I could be mistaken) took care of our case within minutes, and she took additional steps to personally verify that our accounts had been corrected. She was a wonderful representative to work with and we appreciated her effort to ensure that we just got the coverage from T-mobile that we needed. Thank you so much!

1 Word…CHASE!!!…on 3rd Avenue!!! He is phenomenal and was born to be in customer service!! Meeting him and talking to him about my phone plan just made me want to buy the whole store!! If you have any issues, I would suggest you asking for Chase when you walk in there!! Thanks for an awesome experience people with your level of personal skills are slim to none!!!

Summer is AMAZING. Wayne county wvs location was no help so we went to this 3rd Ave store. If she works for t-mobile, I will follow her where ever she goes if she ever relocates. She was so knowledgeable, sweet and funny!!! She's amazing. Thank you summer for getting us a phone and being so kind and patient with all the confusion on our end!!!

Kevin was a massive help to me and my wife! Very informative and polite. Will definitely be coming back to him for all of our phone needs

I went to Pullman Square T-Mobile and the young lady that helped me was very friendly and did a Amazing Job I forget her name but she had blonde hair and piercings. Thank you very much you was very helpful.

Went to add a line to an existing plan. Mike was AWESOME in helping get our new phone set up with screen protectors and all, as well as helping to set up all of the services included in the plan. We couldn't be happier. 11/10 recommend.

sorry I wrote the wrote the wrong review on t mobile it was for best buy not having t mobile phones , T mobile in Huntington was great the lady that took care of us was so very nice they had everything we needed , now I do wish the free phone was worth having considering we were forced to get a new phone by t mobile co. they said my wifes phone was going to stop working on t mobile but i do love the T mobile network

The best customer service of any cell phone place I have ever dealt with. I did not find out the phone I ordered online was out of stock for almost 3 weeks until after the order was placed. I went into the store to see if it was in stock. Mike went above and beyond to get me out the door with the same phone the that day. It was a bit of a hassle to get the online order canceled but he made sure it was taken care of. He even helped put my case on. I was short on time so he told me to just come in anytime to get my screen protector out on correctly. Brandon helped me with that a few days later. I cannot recommend them enough!! They go above and beyond for their customers!

This is the premier T-Mobile store in West Virginia! The staff is top notch and they make sure you understand every step of the purchase process and that you know what to expect from your device and it's capabilities. I come to this store over the other (in all fairness I've never been there), because of the staff.

Better than anyone else the one you need a get 50.00 pay rise they already nice to me every body at that TMobile ever since I have phone service they make so that it works before other TMobile store is mean to me and have good luck with the I on Pullman square but I can't say all on the TMobile because I never ever want to the one up.

Went over to change sim card, even busy we received excellent service, ask for Mike.

Best Place Ever, The people there was nice and tried to help me pick what data plan to choose and helped me get my s10 easily. The wifi is also good in the place.
