Khoi went above and beyond to ensure I walked out with the set and base that I wanted. It was on back order and he found the mattress at another store and everything was delivered and the old set was removed. In addition, he also ensured I got a can not refuse price!! His customer service was beyond superb, he moved mattress on the adjustable bed frame to get a real feel for the esthetics!! Khonda was very knowledgeable of all of the mattresses, frames, and materials use. Thank so much for literally going above and beyond for this sale!!! I am over the moon with this purchase, I definitely will be back to continue to do business!

My sales guy was very helpful from my phone call before my in store visit through the payment process and then finally helping out by tying done the queen box spring to the roof my SUV. Staff was so great to my mom that I ended up stoping by right before closing to purchase a mattress. Roc even did most of the work loading up the mattress because I was injured.

It had been some years since I purchased a mattress from this particular Mattress Firm in Dover. I had forgotten how helpful and courteous the associates are. I was able to order the mattress I wanted and get the delivery scheduled in less than 15 minutes. The mattress I wanted was not in their showroom but they were still able to order what I was looking for. Looks are deceiving. The building is not elegant but the prices are good and they have quality brands. Definitely worth a stop if you’re shopping for a new bed.

Kawain was an incredible help and made my experience fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and let me try everything so I could make the right decision. I ended up getting just what I wanted for a great price. No pressure at all. I would definitely recommend if you want to see and try lots of mattress options.
