We utilized Rebecca to handle the immigration case of my Permanent Residency (Green Card) application. From the onset, Rebecca was very professional and helpful in navigating the system. She conducted a very thorough interview to gather the necessary information from us, explained all of the forms, walked us through the application process and what we could expect, gave a detailed list of the documents and information that we needed to gather, and handled everything in a way that made the process understandable, as easy as possible for us, and in a manner that showed she truly cared about us and attaining the positive outcome we sought.

Throughout the process, Rebecca stayed in constant contact with us, sent reminders of upcoming dates and procedures, and basically handled everything for us. I'm a client of Rebecca in Jan 2020 for an Adjustment of Status through marriage to a US citizen. I have the entire process completed with Rebecca via emails and video chat (We live in different states). She has been super responsive through out the entire process and able to answer all our questions in our initial consultation meeting. She is also priced very competitively as I compared it with a few other friend's experience with different lawyers. The process has been super smooth sailing even with Covid shutdown in between. Due to Rebecca double and triple checking everything and made sure we submitted all the evidence required , no RFE was requested from USCIS. I was also lucky where I was able to attend the biometrics appointment before the Covid USCIS shutdown . The entire process from the green card application submission to approval took about 7 months . When we first walk into the interview, the immigration officer basically said our application was super organized and less than 5 mins , she approved us and ask us to go celebrate. There were for sure a lot of uncertainly during the 7 months wait due to multiple USCIS potential furlough news and changes but Rebecca has been super supportive throughout the entire time .
