bruh so this hospital cool but not cool

Tuve a mi bebé el 22 de diciembre en este hospital estoy muy feliz y agradecida con los doctores que me atendieron en mi cesárea y también las enfermeras… Spencer, Rebecca, Caroline, Monika. Gracias gracias las quiero mucho espero algún día volverlas a ver… estuve en la habitación 113

My mom was recently there for 4 days. In the er and even on the 5th floor there was not one rRN ONE TECH OR ANY OTHER CARE giver that could speak fluent English or their accent was so thick one could barely understand. What has happened to THR? This is NOT a racist thing at all. I know I am assuming but it seems like 95% of them come from somewhere in Africa. I know they need jobs and you need nurses but come on THR this is unacceptable when you have to ask them to repeat themselves 3 or 4 different times. Then the attitude starts and they get mad. One nurse came in and before she could get gloves on she started sneezing in her hands and proceeded to pu one glove on and sneezec again in the ungloved hand and wiped her nose with that ungloved hand and then put a glove on that hand and sneezed again and proceeded to assist my mother. UNACCEPTABLE THR. WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU HIRING? this is NOT even half of the mistakes were made. Even medication mistakes where she was not getting her medication she was supposed to have. Can you not hire competent nurses that speak English that people can understand? Mom had a fracture dhip and twice she was told she can get up with her walker! NOT! I don't believe for one minute these nurses I'm referring to have their BSN and just a 2 year expedited nursing degree and are not fit to work in a hospital. I believe your hiring them to save money because they come a dime a dozen so to speak. This and EVERYTHING that happened while she was there is just so wrong. I could go on about more mistakes that happened but if you dont get the message about this place by now then take your own chance and go and see for yourself. NO WONDER YOU HAVE 2.5 STARS

The nurses in the delivery unit literally yelled at me before and after birth. They were literally wretched when I needed help the most in the middle of labor and after. They said if I didn't like it, there was a hospital down the road, or I could stay, but I was in the middle of labor and couldn't drive further. Doctor was no better. They had the potential for harm and in fact did harm me mentally, emotionally and physically. I was left to fend for myself with a newborn in the room. I was literally terrified of my after care nurse and didn't sleep for fear she would do something to my baby or myself. She was mean and vindictive and I dared not ask for anything during her shift. Most inhospitable medical care facility in dfw, besides Las Colinas Medical. Lucky to have survived the ordeal. Do not trust this hospital with yours or your precious family's lives, you may not make it out unscathed. Totally unscrupulous, callous and cruel staff and experience, the facility was outdated and also in need of major repairs. There was no reason for any of this, this happened because I was at their mercy. I didn't utter a single curse word or say anything confrontational to deserve that sort of treatment. I hope this helps someone decide who to trust for their care. Do so at your own risk. Did not expect this experience twice. I'm glad more and more medical malpractice has come to light recently, patients have rights.
