I have used Jack Byno and associates a few times and every time they have gotten me the absolute best outcome! I've used them for a speeding ticket and a failure to pay tolls (actually not my fault). The bad reviews seem to be left by people who don't know a lot about how all this works, I wouldn't give them too much credence.

WOW! Bad reviews are from people who really lack accountability. Some people don't understand that attorneys can get your ticket dismissed and lower your ticket cost its actually a way better ROI(return on investment). My ticket would've been $563 and I only have to pay $209 that's literally $354 I saved. Oh and let's not forget warrant and past due fees, AND higher insurance I avoided. If you cannot see the benefits of using attorney services. Then you are a silly little human being. The Jack Byno team is extremely quick to respond and will be my go to if I get in trouble again.

I retained Jack and his office back around April or May to handle my red light ticket after my traffic accident. They were upfront and crystal clear on the process and my options. I sought a deferral on my ticket in Bedford. Jack and his team let me know when the court date was and said I didn't have to appear since Bedford did not require me to. A day after the set court date, Jack sent my deferral paperwork over and told me what the Judge set my fee at along with my probation period. Very satisfied and would recommend Jack Byno and his office to my friends. Made the process smooth and stress-free for me after a very stressful event. More willing to answer questions I had about it all than other attorneys I called before deciding to retain him.

They are fast and the staff is professional. If you are expecting to get your ticket dismissed and not pay anything to the court then you probably don't want to hire a lawyer. Plus you still have to be ticket free for 90 days in the city that cited you, even if you got a ticket that was falsified or not accurate. if you want to prove that the cops pulled you over for no reason then its $500 to prove your innocent or you can show up to court yourself and try to explain to the judge which are prob. golfing buddies with the citing officer so good luck. No one has time to go to court, Basically its cheaper to go to court your self and get it dismissed or you can pay Jack Byno to do it for you. It all depends on how valuable time is to you.
