Dr Lala, is amazing! She took her time to explain everything. I was given laughing gas for my extraction which helps greatly to keep me calm. I felt no pain with the extraction. The staff are friendly and caring. Best dental experience I’ve ever had!! 😆😁

The staff is friendly and very professional from the moment you walk in and throughout your appointment. I simply can’t say how impressed and thankful I am to Dr. Lala and her dental assistant, Veronica, for going the extra mile to make sure that I felt at ease and comfortable during my visit. A huge thank you to Dr Lala and her entire staff!! While out of town for work, I mentioned to a friend about my recently chipped tooth, and they recommended Dr. Lala. I walked in and immediately felt welcomed by her staff! The kind ladies at the front desk helped get my information, estimates, and even fit me into the schedule for the same day! Dr. Lala was very informative, sweet, and comforting! I am so grateful to her, and everyone that assisted with my care!

I’ve been coming here since this dentist office opened up in the Centreport area. Dr. Lala is very kind and caring. She and her whole staff are very helpful and go above and beyond what you would expect out of your typical dentist office. I have referred many friends here over the years and I will personally be coming here for many years to come. If you’re looking for a new dentist I suggest you give this office a try. You won’t regret it!

So, I haven’t been to the dentist years due to fear. I started having oral problems and decided to face my fears. When I tell you the staff is sooo welcoming and warm. Dr. Lala is a gem. She took her time with me. Explained everything she was doing step by step. She has very gentle hands and a voice of reassurance. Would definitely recommend!!

Even though, This was my first appointment with her. I already knew that she was very knowledgeable and professional, because she is also my daughter's dentist. She listened to me attentively, and gave options. I’m very pleased with the service that I received at her office!

In the beginning of my dental journey I was so scared and anxious. Since then this office staff and doctor have put me at ease and have been very accommodating. Dr.Lala is very understanding. She goes above and beyond for her patients!

The dentist and dental assistant are AMAZING 🤩 Fast and friendly and are also very thorough about the services that they provide and will perform on their patients.. this is the only dentist we go to.. we’ve been patients for the last three years

Everyone there makes you feel comfortable. From the front desk to Dr. Lala. I needed a crown and Dr. Lala did a great job!

Dr Lala and her staff are so warm and kind and really take the time to make you feel appreciated as a client. I had a root canal with her over a year ago that failed and when I contacted her, she immediately did everything to retreat me and set everything right

I had a great day today at Centreport Smiles. Without a doubt will be my permanent home to keep my teeth healthy. Bhima is professional and very knowledgeable and treated me with care. She was friendly and that made it warming and comfortable…… Dr. Lala is the best dentist that I have ever had in my life! You can tell that she has a love for her profession and I can appreciate that. On top of that she is Very Beautiful!!! The whole staff was professional. Thank you for allowing me in ;-)

I’ve lost all fear of going to the dentist.

Bhima was there with me while the laughing gas was doing it’s thing, she was so nice even tho I couldn’t stay quiet. And super helpful during the procedure.

Also, Marco was super helpful and patient with me after trying to get my blood pressure down for a really long time (had anxiety couldn’t relax) and couldn’t do any procedure that day.

Jessica was super knowledgeable and very easy to approach when I had any questions about paperwork.

And last but not least, Dr. Lala, she’s my hero, I went from having a phobia of going to the dentist to, “I can’t wait to go back and do more stuff to my teeth.” Apart from being professional you get the feeling she is a very kind and caring person and loves what she does.

I’m glad I chose this Dental clinic because I for sure know that I’ve made this my primary Dentist!

P.S. FOR ANYONE READING REVIEWS Please, if you are embarrassed (like me) to go to the Dentist because of the poor state of your teeth. It’s never too late. I have just barely overcame a very deep and awful depression that was with me for almost two decades. And I’m glad I got help. c:

I love Dr. Lala and her staff. Having had a terrible dental experience as a teenager I’m a bit wiggy at the dentist. I’ve gotten better as I’ve gotten older and Dr. Lala has helped with that. Today threw me for a loop as they attempted to do things out of order (to my way of thinking) and I got upset (irrationally, tbh). They were all so kind and patient with me. I would highly recommend this dentist and all of the staff at Centreport Smiles.
