I come into this store several times a month to mail special standardized tests I proctor for my school district. The owners are literally always courteous and pleasant to me and I rarely have to wait at all to be served.
I often request separate receipts for each package for my own records, and they are always happy to oblige. I am thankful for a local business that prioritizes its treatment of people. Highly recommend!

I have used A&R for years, Jim and Helen are amazing people and have extremely good service. I look forward to going in and picking up a package so I can say hi. The emails I get when a package have arrived are extremely helpful and their printing/postcard services are awesome and well priced. Helen took the time to help me make my postcards exactly how I wanted and was extremely knowledgeable on what size and type of paper(gloss) to use.

I plan on being a costumer for many more years!

Extremely friendly and great service! My husband and I went in to print a form he needed for work and the gentleman printed it quickly and let us know there was no charge and to have a Merry Christmas. We would definitely go back for future services and love supporting local and small businesses.

Wow! I just needed to print one copy of a form. The clerk was so kind as to waive the fee to print! I couldn't believe it. With other print places nickel-and-diming, charging for computer use just to get to your document, then charging to print, and this place just gave me my copy! I'd never been here before, but I'll be using them for my shipping from now on. What a way to ensure loyalty!

Very friendly, and personable. This is the only place I go to for my shipping needs. There's been times when I was requesting to use one of their services and the gentlemen behind the counter would stop me and recommend a service half the cost that would get my package their at the same time.
I've seen some negative reviews on here, not really sure how their experience got to that point but I can't imagine them ever deserving a 1 star rating. They may not offer everything but try going to a post office, ups, or FedEx office where they offer free bottled water and other small beverages. Long story short, I always try to use them first before any other store. They are also very strong supporter of the Military, veterans, and LE alike.

My Granddaughter was very excited to drop a letter in Santa’s special mailbox on your counter. We were all surprised and thrilled when a letter to her came from the North Pole! Your kindness and thoughtfulness touched our hearts. To see the joy and wonderment in her eyes when she read her letter from Santa was something we will never forget. Wow! I have been searching for so long for somewhere reliable to handle my shipping needs. I finally stumbled upon this lovely establishment. I was greeted with a smile and a friendly attitude. This will from now on be my go-to place! Oh, and I don't see anything wrong with a "HUSBAND AND WIFE" type of place.
