Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas/Ft. Worth Airport South

We stayed here for the rangers game and it was a great location. The room was very clean and noise level normal for a hotel. The breakfast was great. They had a great variety and lots of options. The check in and check out process was super simple as well. The staff was friendly and great.

I have no complaints about my stay here. The room was clean and extremely nice/updated. The location was nice with many food options nearby. It was about a 10 minute drive to the rental return at the airport. The area itself felt safe. I was traveling solo and had to leave the hotel very early in the morning to get to the airport. It was still dark out as I was leaving but it was very well lit in the parking lot and I didn’t feel scared to walk to my car. I was hoping someone would be working the front desk as I was leaving for extra precautions but nobody was there. I would definitely stay here again

This was my first trip to Texas. We were coming for a concert at AT&T stadium so we did 2 nights at the hotel. This appears to be a pretty new location or at least heavily remodeled. Everything was clean and modern. Check in was quick and easy. Got my bottles of water and headed off to the room.

We had a King size bed and the room was a good size. Although strangely laid out and incredibly dark. Even with turning every light on it was still hard to see. The bed was clean and comfortable and there's an abundance of power outlets all over the room. I've seen other reviews mention noise. We heard none....no road, plane, or even hallway noises. The bathroom and shower were nice and clean. The coffee pot was inexplicably placed in the bathroom though. Very weird and kinda icky. There's large soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles bolted to the walls so you don't need to bring from home. Aside from the dark room, I wouldn't recommend showing up here with a ton of clothes. There's nowhere to unpack really. Theres a small closet and three tiny baskets under the TV. That's it. We were only there for 2 days so we just left stuff in suitcases but anything longer than that it would have been difficult. The small fridge and microwave worked well and temperature control for the room was excellent.

The breakfast area was large and well maintained. The food was always well stocked and the waffles were a fun Texas shape. The only thing kind of odd is that there were 3 types of eggs but no bacon. Just maple sausage. There's so many different food options that even if you are staying several days you can change it up. If you want something different there's tons of fast food and casual dining options within walking distance. The area was clean and seemed safe.

Getting around this part of Fort Worth requires being comfortable with entering/exiting multiple 75mph highways so be prepared for that. The drive to AT&T Stadium was about 10 minutes and relatively easy. We also went to a nearby outlet mall and the JFK site in Dallas all within 30 min or less. We would absolutely not hesitate to come back to this hotel and area in general.

The man at the front desk is amazing! Not sure if he’s the manager or what. Rooms were very clean. $75 pet fee! Private parking was easy and very convenient. I was extremely impressed with the safety and cleanliness of downtown Fort Worth and the area outside the hotel. There was absolutely no one outside at 11 pm on a Thursday.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was filling. But your General Manager has an odor problem or maybe a hygiene issue.

Enjoyed staying! Clean room and wonderful staffs there! Very close to restaurants. Also, breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. I prefer to stay again.

Beds are soft, pillows are decent, room is clean, breakfast is good. A ton of fast food (and some slow food), with thin walking distance 👌

The staff was very friendly. They gave me a couple bottles of water to take up to my room which was awesome. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy. They also had an airport shuttle which was very convenient. I realized after I left that I had forgotten a couple of clothing items that I left hanging in the closet. They found them and agreed to keep them safe until I visit again next week. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice n clean property! Friendly helpful service & airport shuttle. Lot of restaurants nearby. Shuttle driver is very helpful. Small room this time, no upgrade.

We loved our room and the staff were absolutely amazing, helpful and friendly.
The pool area and pool was nice, clean and relaxing.
Love that they also have a gym and a large parking area by the hotel.
I love the fact that they changed up the menu for the breakfast whilst we we there so it was excited to see what each morning had to offer.
Great location, close to Dallas Forth Worth Hotel and they offer a free shuttle to the airport which was great.

Great experience! Super clean. Super kind staff. I chose this hotel because I was flying out of DFW early the following morning, and I read online that they have a free airport shuttle. Unfortunately, the airport shuttle doesn't start until 7 am, and I had an international flight departing at 6:15am with a checked bag. So needless to say, it didn't serve my niche need, but overall a good experience.

Clean, newly renovated room. The shuttle service is on time.

I couldn’t possibly rate this place any higher. Yeah the hotel itself is updated, clean, in such a great location, and has a nice breakfast & pool, but the staff is absolutely what blows this place away. I was traveling for an interview so only needed to stay for a night, & the people at the front desk were single handedly the most friendly & accommodating hospitality staff I’ve ever met. I thought I had an issue with my room key & Shay came with me to my door after fixing it to make sure that I was able to get in (there was actually nothing wrong with it I was just not opening the door right lol). She went above & beyond for the short time I was there in multiple ways & her acts of kindness genuinely impacted me in such a positive way. The shuttle drivers were also so sweet & the hotel does everything they can to accommodate you with the shuttles. 10/10!!!!

I stayed here on a business trip in 2019. I liked the size of the room which had a desk and a sofa to work or relax. The breakfast bar in the lobby was really good. The location was within 2 miles of our office, so super convenient. I will stay here anytime I have to go back to this area.

Friendly reception and easy peasy check-in process. Ample parking spaces and close to many food options. Room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Location is super close to the airport which is convenient. Would stay again!

We didn't stay here. We simply ran in while trying to get out of today's storms. The clerk was very nice and didn't mind us waiting around in the lobby while we waited for the wind and rain to slow down. She was even nice enough to allow my daughter and nieces to use the restrooms, which are not public.

Very comfortable beds and a safe location. The hotel is pet friendly, with very clean and well kept grounds. The parking lot has ample lighting for your safety at night. Check-in with Shay was a breeze and breakfast selection was the icing on the cake.

This hotel was one of my best stays, and I really enjoyed the cleanliness of room and public areas. Front desk staff warmly welcomed us, and were helping us with everything we needed. The breakfast was so good and we enjoyed making our own waffles. The airport shuttle was a big positive point that helped us with on-time and stress-free departure.
