I used to work for Kevin back in the day, but this year we were lucky enough to be a customer. We bought a chair from Kevin and my son totally loves it. Thank you to you and your staff sir. Very PLEASED!

I highly recommend this company. Every encounter I had was polite, friendly, and professional. Gustavo has excellent communication skills and was very knowledgeable! It's so hard to find good customer service like this. They followed through on every detail of our new mattress, from shopping to delivery. You can't go wrong. I love our new adjustable tempeurpedic mattress.

Jayme is a life saver & Kevin is amazing. So, so informative & professional. They let me try out the equipment in a low pressure environment and sent me off with more information than I thought existed to purchase the chair that was right for me. Greetings at the door was courteous. Promptly answered my question for the product I was looking for. Availability of product was just what I needed. Adjustment of the product was spot on, only two attempts were necessary. Salesman was kind and patient for I am a little on the older side. This was one of my top shopping experiences in Fort Worth. The Team walked me through all the chairs, and let me figure out what was really comfortable. For a chair at this price, it was exactly the kind of service I expected. Great shop, and great people.

Kevin and Gunner spend more than one hour ascertaining our true needs and desires in beds. Store displays were adequate. Beds were in nearby warehouse and delivered quickly. Delivery and setup was done well and quickly. Follow up to get medical doctor's recommendation for the beds resulted in exemption of the sales tax. We will definitely recommend this store to anyone who asks.

I spent a lot of time in each massage chair and zero gravity chair over two days. The store owner and sales manager were happy to let me do this and were very helpful. They are both very knowledgeable about their products. Delivery was quick and professional.

Absolutely AMAZING experience. Incredible selection of products. AMAZING customer service. My father had unexpected surgery and needed an automatic chair asap. We didn't have time to order one. We found a few at Sam's but decided to check out this place first and couldn't be happier that we did. I got there less than an hour before closing time, but they took the time to find out EXACTLY what my father needed and then led me through a thorough explanation and demonstration of each chair that would work. The chair we got was a floor model since we needed it immediately. They gave us a discount due to being a floor model. They explained every function of the chair, the remote and even the hardware under the chair. It was expensive, but worth EVERY PENNEY. They loaded it and even took the time to walk me thru the functions of another chair I liked but made clear I couldn't purchase. Some of the best service i've ever had in my life. I HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone looking for post surgery supplies, seating or furniture for the elderly/ disabled. You won't be disappointed.

The owner was friendly and knowledgable, and the chairs are wonderful. They were delivered and set up on schedule and we love how comfortable our chairs are. Worth every penny. Our backs are definitely relaxed!

The owner of this store went far above and beyond to make sure my expectations were not only met, but were exceeded. I can’t recommend his products and his customer service highly enough. We were.... well, scared, to be honest, to commit to paying that much for a chair that we weren’t 100% sure would alleviate my pain while sitting, but man has that gamble paid off! We bought the Perfect Zero Gravity Chair, and we got the upgraded foam package and heat for free because of a promotional package. The chair has worked out great, and has even allowed me to return to work (telecommuting) after being unemployed for 6 years.

Relax The Back - Fort Worth - They should rebrand themselves as "Relax The Brain/Body/Soul". Our son needed a recliner for post-surgery recovery. Kevin and the rest of the Relax the Back Team found the perfect chair for him, prepared it for him and had it delivered on short notice. We were beyond thrilled. Our son's extraordinary recovery is a direct result of the Relax the Back team understanding and solving the issue.

I've had a lower back issue for some time and had been pretty frustrated with figuring out how to feel better without resorting to injections, surgery or medications. I went to Relax the Back Fort Worth and they suggested a SacroEase chair modifier and a 3" foot rest to elevate my feet so I'd have proper posture. I have to tell you, I'm soooo much better. My back feels better and I'm happy now sitting in my chair. I really think my chair was causing a lot of my problem. Highly recommend this store!

Billy the Manager was knowledgeable and very helpful demonstrating the product. For someone with back issues there is no better place to shop for chairs, recliners, and a plethora of items that are specifically designed to protect the back and add comfort.
