Hilton Garden Inn DFW Airport South

Customer service great. All cashless made it easy from the bar to the little store in the lobby. Food was really good. Bar was out of certain common beer brands at 5pm, which was disappointing. Prices also a little steep on bar, food items. AC good, beds comfy. Micro, mini fridge all good. We had a new puppy with us, grassy areas surrounding hotel were great. Minutes from rental car return and airport. A lot of positives for the price.
Only big negative, hallways hot, felt luke there was no AC and there was mold evidence in the bathroom. Exhaust fan did nothing which I suspect is the problem

Stayed here for the eclipse! People that work here are very friendly and helpful! Rooms were clean and the hotel is conveniently located close to the airport. They also have a shuttle that runs to and from the airport which was very very convenient! At night, there was no airport noise either. Would stay here again!

People seem overly critical. One bad interaction and they throw down a 1 star review. There's not a lot of staff at the Hilton Garden Inns in general. So give 'em a break, be nice about mixups, and chances are good they'll be good to you too. That's been my experience.

Anyway, I have been lucky enough to stay at some of the finest hotels in the world and the interior of this hotel would give them competition. Room size is great (not huge, but I could care less personally), excellent lighting, super clean bathroom with a spacious wall in shower. Everything around the hotel clean tasteful. For goodness sake even the stairs are beautifully carpeted. Didn't see that at the Ritz: 5 stars

When evaluating the staff you have to keep in mind that this is not a luxury hotel hence the great prices. But my experience was that the woman at the front desk was both friendly and helpful. She warned me about the high prices at the a la carte food which was nice of her but prices for food everywhere have skyrocketed so I can't blame the hotel. Got the Caesar salad and it was excellent. So price = 1 star but quality of the food = 5 stars and the staff = 5 stars without question.

The location? At ten minutes from the airport I call it perfect: 5 stars.

The GM Elray is very outgoing and he runs a first class operation! He clearly knows how to hire great staff and the hotel is a Hilton so you already know it’s a great place to stay. I look forward to seeing you all again on my next trip to Dallas!

The counter people were so nice. They all greeted me and talked to me every time I would walk in or out. Room comfy. Pet friendly. The grounds were kept nice and clean. I walked my fur baby around the whole hotel and there was a spot that was perfect to let him run and play. I loved the location and I hope I get to come back. Oh, the restaurant had good food. It was limited but it was convenient.

Been staying at this hotel for business a few times every month this year. The staff on every shift have been awesome and accomadating.

The manager there was super friendly! She helped us with transportation need and bathroom necessities because our luggage got lost!

My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn DFW South the night before our departure on a trip to Europe and the night of our return. We found the entire staff (desk, breakfast and shuttle) to be friendly and customer focused. The lobby and our rooms were clean and bright. The long term parking was less than a block walk and provided a shuttle to the hotel and airport. A very pleasant stay only a few minute shuttle ride to DFW. We will stay there again.

I had a wonderful 2 week stay here. My favorite part have to be the staff. Rein at front desk was always warm and welcoming. Norman at breakfast was so helpful and I looked forward to seeing them every morning.

Nice hotel, a little pricey, but certainly a great place to sleep for the night

Location is very close to eating places, and it was easy to find. Have like 3 different breakfast options. They serve alcohol as well. Great exercise room and an outdoor pool. They supply you with shampoo, conditioner, and body gel, so there is no need to pack those things. Hair dryer was also available. It is close to the airport, and yes, you do hear the planes. Kuerig machine in each room, microwave, and fridge all available. Very clean place. Dog friendly hotel.

Rooms were modern and clean. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Meeting rooms were clean, spacious and service from the hotel staff was very good. Very convenient location right at DFW Terminal C, shuttle runs frequently to all other terminals at DFW, drivers are friendly and helpful.

I use this place for access to airport. Shuttle takes you to airport. Big help for me with company flying out. No airplane traffic to fight for me. Gets my company to the airport safely.

Our stay was magnificent! The hotel was very clean, close to restaurants and stores, just minutes away from Downtown Dallas. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied and provided friendly customer service. Huge shout out to Jennifer the Front Desk associate who is the sweetest from the time we checked in to check out. She made sure we had a wonderful room during our stay which was my birthday trip. Also, a huge shout out to the hotel manager Jackie, very friendly customer service and she made you feel so welcomed. Thank you!

Love this hotel! The Hilton Garden Inn, was home for my wedding party and 200 of our guests. Tracy, Nikki, Robin, and the whole staff were truly amazing during our stay and even during the months leading up to our events. The team was incredibly detailed and accommodating for all our cultural needs! Can’t thank the Hilton team enough for everything they did for my family and special weekend!

The stay was absolutely amazing from entering and checking in with David, who represented Hilton in a high fashion with courtesy and professionalism, to seeing the quality of the room which was displayed phenomenally. Coming down for breakfast the next morning Norman was excellent, excellent, excellent!! Then to be greeted and provided excellent customer service by second front desk representative Jen. Could’ve been more happier with the stay and definitely definitely worth the value.
