Courtyard by Marriott Dallas DFW Airport South/Irving

My experience staying here was very positive. I wanted to give my thanks to Ashley, Angel and Daniella for the great level of hospitality and for showing professionalism. I’m a flight attendant and stay in hotels for 2 weeks out of the month. It’s refreshing to stay in a hotel where you feel welcomed and when the staff goes above and beyond. Thank you guys and keep up the good work ethic and fantastic attitudes!

We stayed there last week and I was very pleased with the outstanding and very friendly service. The front desk staff was very courteous and knowledgeable about the area. I was there for my MBA graduation. Everyone was friendly and they made us feel very welcomed. Our shuttle driver Adriana was so sweet and personable. Raul at the Bistro was super awesome and Mike at the front was a true example of great customer service. Our rooms were clean and we loved the decor. Don't know when we'll be back but I would without a doubt stay there. Thank you for great hospitality!!!!!!

Easy to get to. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room (and the hotel in general) are well maintained and comfortable. A free breakfast in the mornings which was great.

Family trip to watch the Cowboys game. We enjoyed everything about this hotel. Location was great also. Not far from stadium. Next to highways.
They allowed us to check in early. There's a Starbucks coffee in the lobby. That's amazing. Good dinner menu also. Great place. Deserved all 5 stars.
With lots of hotels around the area.... i'm glad to have picked this one. No complaints and fair pricing.

Staying here for one night for travel. The hotel has been updated, it's very clean, my room is reasonably quiet and the HVAC is effective and quiet, the beds are comfy, the staff are very available, competent, and nice, and the overall comfort level is 10/10. The cleaning crews are maybe a little over-enthusiastic, but they didn't knock on my door until shortly after 8 am. And I get it, you gotta flip rooms fast at these rates.

Didn't test out the coffee situation. There's a Starbucks annex in the lobby, that worked great.

My daughter and I stayed here Spring Break in March. Some big event going on in the DFW metroplex plus the economy had rooms booked pretty much all over Dallas. After countless hours of driving around I finally lucked up on this hotel. Omg let’s first say Nigel at the front desk was very accommodating and kind. Nigel’s customer service was immaculate. He treated my daughter and I with so much respect and kindness as we were simply visiting the hotel for leisure not business. This meant a lot to me because this hotel is normally packed with business executives and etc. Plus this hotel is accommodating for the people that has traveled by plane as well. Nigel has very great energy and customer service. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. The room was so clean, comfy, cozy, and modern. No fault in the room we stayed at all. My daughter and I slept amazingly great. The only con for me is that the bar turns into a night life for the business execs and there is really no privacy wall there. Other than that everything was great. The two ladies that work the shift in the morning definitely needs more customer service training. They were not rude but I did feel like we stuck out like a sore thumb due to we were there on leisure and not business. Due to our casual attire. Based on the looks I received while headed out to grab my daughter and I something to eat. Nigel’s customer service was top tier very total treatment provided. Nigels energy was on point and in alignment with his customer service. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a nice quiet relaxing day. Nigel you’re absolutely the best and a great brand ambassador for this hotel. Nigel definitely is a commodity to the Marriott hotel chain.

I rarely give out 5 stars, but this was a flawless hotel experience. Shuttle on time and great briefing, efficient and friendly check-in, room was perfect and comfortable, incl. room coffee, can open window.
For food (I usually dont eat in hotel) recommend their Bistro, fabulously tasty at reasonable pricing.
Will definitely book again.

We were put up here by American after our flight was canceled. Ellie, at the front desk, saw our voucher and understood the kind of day we'd had. She provided us with toothbrushes and toothpaste. You can tell this is an older hotel that's been remodeled. But, our room was cute and clean. It had a tiny patio. It was very quiet. The button to the 3rd floor was a bit worn out, but the elevator worked. We slept well on the bed. The shower had great water pressure and the soaps provided worked just fine. No complaints with this hotel.

I was sent here by American Airlines due to a missed connection flight. The staff at this hotel was AMAZING!!! Super friendly and helpful. The rooms were also very nice and clean. The shuttle drivers were also excellent. Overall, a 5 star experience that'll make me want to choose Courtyard for my next hotel.

Nice place, not much around it walking wise. Very nice staff. Helped me out with a major American Airlines debacle and had to be forced to stay the night in Dallas. Got me a ride to Pizza Hut for late night pizza. Rooms were quiet and the staff was very nice, front desk people tried to help as much as possible.

If I could give this hotel more than 5 stars, I most definitely would. I called the hotel when my flight landed to see if they offered an early check in, I knew it was a long shot and I did offer to pay extra because had arrived at 11:00 am. Not only did Luisa, at the front desk, give me an early check in without charge she also informed me of the shuttle that they offer and I had no idea about. Anytime I had a question or just looked as if I needed assistance, someone PLEASANTLY helped me out. The room was very clean! We ended up with a ground floor room that had a door out to the courtyard that was just the most adorable and relaxing place to sit and unwind. 20/10 would recommend and I most definitely being staying again.

I stayed here during a quick 24 hour trip to DFW. My first impression was a very warm welcome from the two women at the front desk. They poured on that southern hospitality with warm smiles, friendly conversation, and helpful tips for my time in Dallas.

The room was clean and nice, and the shuttles to and from the airport were very helpful.

The receptionists were very friendly, both over the phone and in person. I like how the room was very clean. It didn't have that cigarette-smell like some other hotel rooms have. AC and TV worked fine, too. Overall, I loved our stay at this hotel.

Shuttle gentleman top notch. Riene(?) was so great with everything. He made sure I was aware of Shuttle time and if we needed to go anywhere else with a 5min distance.

The staff is what made the visit 5 star, upon check-in we were greeted immediately by a trainee and her trainer, both were upbeat and so positive, we had an issue with the TV, we let them know when we went out, we came back 2 hours later and it was fixed, maintenance even stopped by to make sure it was working well for us. Front desk remembered Anusara and asked later that night as we were leaving if everything was working . Good guest service is so hard to find right now but this team knocked it out of the park!

Very comfortable and a nice hotel to stay at. My next trip to Dallas will include staying here again. All front desk personnel were fantastic! Since Covid has shut down the restaurant except for limited menu options for breakfast,, they provided local information on great places to eat. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced and fast service.

I gave a 5 star for overall rating. A couple item could be better but wasn't a big issue. Towels could use a little softener and TV could have more channel selection.

Wow this place is really comfortable the environment is so relaxing. Customer service at it's best. Extremely attentive.

Our flight to Los Angeles was cancelled so we had to stay another night. We were so uptight when we arrived Ling helped us out. She was so concerned of our well being she offered us something to drink and snack to help us. I thought she sweet trying to confort us. She offered us extra blankets or pillows. The next morning we had breakfast in their restaurant, it was so delicious and filling. A perfect 10, CS a perfect 10 a must comeback!!!

Here for a conference, not a guest. Lobby is nice and modern with a Starbucks coffee and breakfast place. Lots of seating with TV sets all over. Staff all were very cordial. Located close to the airport and nearby restaurants were easy to get to. Continental breakfast was good with fresh fruit, pastries and hot oatmeal. Lunch was good quality with servers at their posts the whole time.

My experience was wonderful at thIs hotel. Kyle was great and accommodating, while checking me in and arranged for my cab in the morning. It was much appreciated after I had missed my connection flight and was very disheartened by that. Thanks for the nice clean room and customer service!!

Stayed on business. Probably one of the best stays I have had in a long time. Super clean. Super friendly and helpful. I don't think I passed any hotel employee that didn't greet me or ask if I needed anything. The room was very clean, which is quite refreshing.
About the only negative thing I can think of was the noisy elevator, but that became a bit of a standing joke. Overall a great experience. I would not hesitate to suggest this hotel if you are having to stay in this area of the Metroplex.
