Atrium Hotel & Suites DFW

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. This hotel is excellently located only 10 minutes from the Dallas Airport and provides a free shuttle to the airport every half hour. It also offers free transportation anywhere within 4-5 miles. The food was very good and the restaurant is open most of the day from 6:00 am until midnight. There is also a more casual dining area that just opened up for a greater variety of food service. The owner/manager is on the premises and is very hospitable and immediately responds to guest requests. I stayed in the new section of the hotel which was modern, spacious, and comfortable and had plenty of amenities.

We stayed here for one night. Very clean. The room had two queen beds and was larger that any other motel room I’ve been in of this accommodation. We did not eat breakfast due to leaving before it was ready. It had a pool which we did not use. The parking lot is gate and they give us a code to get in. The show worked great. Would us this place again if needing to stay near the airport in Dallas.

I was at the hotel for 4 nights, very clean and big room for 2 Kings size beds. Very comfortable beds and pillows that you want to keep sleeping

The shuttle service was excellent, I forgot my jacket at the breakfast area and they brought to me at the airport in 30 minutes. I was so grateful for that and for all the hospitality and great service they provided for us.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Impressed with its cleanliness and the efficiency of the staff. Gym is OK, at least it's clean & apparently no one uses it much so you can have it to yourself. Food a little bit overpriced, but that's OK, the servers are really nice people. Pool was closed for a non-existent 'special event' that never occurred but it sure looked nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We thought it was of recent construction but the staff said that the place has been there since the eighties. The whole facility seemed much newer.

This hotel is so awesome and beautiful. It's super clean every where you go. The rooms are so clean and comfy. It's so amazing here. The staff here is extremely polite and will go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. I arrived late at night and received excellent service. I didn't have to wait, the concierge was at the front office working and greeting me right away. I highly recommend this hotel.

I was routed here with a voucher after a missed connection at DFW late at night and did not have high hopes since it wasn’t a chain…However I found a really pleasant situation — this is where the airlines send their staff to sleep, room was super clean and large. Restaurant was open until midnight and the bar was full of fun folks in the same circumstances, food was fresh and delicious. Decor is a little quirky — the purple light around the indoor pool gives 90s club scene — but who doesn’t appreciate a little bit of weird in this bland world? It’s clear that management really cares. Would absolutely choose again over a boring ol’ chain next time my travel plans fall apart in Dallas.

So far, so good. American Airlines is a partner with this property and put us up there since we missed our connection. Check-in was fast and friendly. The hotel and room are clean. It's like a down-scale Embassy Suites. The 4 stars for the room is due to the placement of the bathroom, which is in the bedroom. Kinda strange.

American Airlines provided us with a room here for 2 night + 4 meals. The staff was outstanding, especially the morning restaurant staff Urma & Gorge very friendly and Gorge’s personality was entertaining. If I need to stay in the area again it will be here.

STAY HERE. We stayed here unexpectedly due to a delayed flight, and I can’t adequately describe how wonderful the experience was. No one ever wants to be stuck in an unfamiliar city after a long travel day, but the staff at Atrium stepped it up and made us feel right at home.

The hotel is well-kept, the staff is nice and knowledgeable, and the room had everything we needed.

To add to the experience, I forgot 2 packing cubes stuffed with clothes, and didn’t realize until I was home. I called the hotel, and was immediately transferred to the staff member who is responsible for lost&found. He was leaving for the day but took my call anyway, and set up my things to be shipped out that day.

He took my credit card information for the shipping, and the next day we saw 2 charges. One for $40 (which was the assumed price of shipping) one for $33.50 (the actual cost of shipping) and a refund of the initial $40. Any other hotel would have just pocketed the extra since the guest would have no idea, but these are good people.

The location made it easy to get downtown and to the airport, and they even offer cars to rent by the hour!

A sincere thank you is in order for the entire staff, and I will be staying here again.

Had a great stay in Dallas at the Atrium hotel!! Also the bar was the only one open around and took great care of us. The breakfast buffet was good and everyone was so accommodating. The kids enjoyed swimming and the rooms were very clean.

Got the shuttle from the airport abd waited only 10 min or so for it. Less than 10 more minutes to hotel. We arrived around 2am and got checked in quickly.
Our room had 2 comfortable king beds. Plenty of pillow too. The toilet/ shower room is tight, but good enough for the 5 hours we were there. Would staty here again.

I want to live here... If i win the lottery I will... The staff is amazing and so chill, the place is weirdly magical and just all around relaxing. The bed was so comfortable, price reasonable... It's seriously an experience I will never forget.. The food around this area is off the charts good.

Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Although they were doing some major remodeling they made sure to keep noise down and operations the same. Front desk purchases were cheaper than most hotels.

We stayed here after our flight was delayed a day, and it was a cozy and enjoyable experience! Clean room, great staff, and the food/drinks during dinner were delicious. We also appreciate the free shuttle to/from DFW. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely love this place. After AA delayed my flight till the next day I had to stay here, the staff is great, the food at the restaurant was good. Clean rooms, and safe. Free shuttle and they will take you anywhere with in 3 miles. Great experience after a horrible one with AA.

Just stayed at here last week. The staff was wonderful rooms were clean. Food was great! Loved the free shuttle!

Pretty decent hotel for the price. Gym, pool, very good breakfast.
Whaterbuger is close by and they give you a ride.
I enjoyed my stay there.

Very clean and a good variety of food for breakfast. Flight incoming was late so I only got 1 hour of sleep before getting ready for breakfast and heading to airport. Airport van runs every 30 minutes from 6am to 10pm. The vans were clean and the drivers efficient in transporting the passengers to the correct area to be closest to their departing gate.

We were placed here by American Airlines. We arrived by shuttle and was amazed by how amazing and clean this place is. Highly recommend. The food and bar in the lounge area is really good too.
