Update: The manager of the location has been extremely helpful. After my comment, I was notified and given his email. I sent him the comment that I left. He investigated the interaction of when I spoke with customer service and looked up the receipts. He made sure that I was taken care of and returned my money. He has been more than helpful. Therefore, I have changed my rating to a 5. Just remember, when you order something online, you may get charged a restocking fee. So, be prepared. Thank you, Joel, for being so helpful.

DO NOT order anything online. We saw a fireplace in the store that we wanted but did not have our truck. A couple of days went by and we remembered the sale was ending. So, we jumped online and bought it. Then a few days later, we were in the store again and saw a different one that was more than perfect for our space. We went to customer service to find out what we could do since we had not taken possession of the first one. We were told we could return the first one, no problem. What they neglected to tell us is that there was a $150 restocking fee! I argued that it didn't say that online and the rep said that it does but it is in super fine print. What a horrible practice! After this purchase, they won't get our business again and it's sad because we are preparing to remodel our kitchen, gameroom and laundry room. I am super angry if you can't tell. Thanks for nothing! We have been shopping here since they opened. Oh well, we won't anymore.

Looking for vinyl siding that looks like Cedar shakes. I wanted to see samples. Other stores didn't have them and I didn't want to order simply from a picture on the website. Menards has plenty to chose from so I can make a wise decision.

Menards is a great experience. They have just about everything. Prices very good. Staff very helpful. I ordered online. Then went to pickup. Very smooth operation. Love the store. You will too.

Place is HUGE!! It'll take you a good half hour+ to walk it all. Its well organized and signs are very in your face bold. They have a food section towards the back with everything from pet foods, frozen foods, dairies to sodas and dry foods. I buy my spices here, their collection is spectacular! Spoke to a manager and he said "We can sale you a house and a carton of eggs in the same transaction". That was quite impressive. They literally have a section for anything home improvement you can imagine. The staff is always friendly and helpful in anyway possible, the cashiers are welcoming and nice. If you ever stop here its a must to try their Sprecher sodas in the glass bottles, I stock up on their diet orange. Also BUY ALL YOUR CHIPS HERE!! They are $1-2 cheaper than anywhere else. I highly recommend this store for any home improvements or d.i.y's and I'll definitely be back.

Very clean and open, great displays! I am a Project Manager for a Construction company (small, 5 crews) and I think I'm going to like this place. I totally love being able to drive out back to load my material, this way I only load it one time!!! Love the lumber yard!!! Do wish I could order lumber up front instead of having to walk to the back and order them walk back to the front to pay and then pull around, but, I still live the yard!!

As our custom built home was being planned, we spent a great amount of time in local big box stores making choices, comparing prices, and talking with the "experts." Much of that time was filled with excitement and on occasion, even frustration. Overall, it was a positive experience, especially when it came to shopping at Menards in Barboursville, WV. On one occasion we must have appeared ready to throw in the towel and were quickly spotted by a very competent employee named Rob. He went beyond what we could have expected by setting his phone alarm and escorting us to various departments to meet with his most knowledgeable employees. After two hours of discussions and decisions Rob returned to us to make sure we were comfortable, informed, and well equipped to move toward the completion of our home. It wasn't until we were leaving that Rob gave us his card which read "Rob Ludwig, General Manager." So thank you Rob for sharing your time and talent and for caring about your customers. We appreciate you!

It had all sorts of different products and all the staff was very very nice.
It's always a little bit busy whenever I come, but not packed at all, as it is a huge store!!
I still have yet to walk around and see everything.
I discovered there is a second floor just on my last visit!!!!
As far as I can tell, all the items are good quality, and they have such a wide variety of products.
Your sure to find whatever it is your looking for!!

All the staff are super friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable in their departments. The store is very clean and well organized. We spent 4 hours looking at all the aisles, learning the layout and discovering that they carry so much more than Lowe's or Home Depot. We look forward to our future visits!

First, that 11% rebate is great. But the prices are already competitive. So it's win win. The clerks are always polite and help when asked. The stores always clean. And the food items are like a mini adventure. They get obscure stuff.

You could get lost for days exploring all they have to offer. Even if you don't think you need something, go in and explore. I guarantee you will find something you want to take home.

Wow, this place is great. They have a ton of stuff from lighting to cleaning supplies to smart house tech. Go check this place out.

This place is awesome! I can't wait for them to build one next to me. I feel like Menards is everything that Lowe's and home Depot want to be. The two-story lighting section alone was enough to blow my mind. They seem to have a little bit of everything.
