Yesterday my battery died at a stop light no doubt! After getting it restarted I went to O'Reilly's. A young lady helped me. Not only did she remove and replace the battery for me she answered the 50 million questions I asked and even gave me some wonderful tips for my car. I am so impressed with her knowledge and wonderful spirit I will be asking for Jordan's help from now on! Hope the company realizes what a gem they have!

Great customer service. My windshield wiper blew off my vehicle while driving in rain storm. I installed the wiper erroneously. I pulled into O’Reilly’s on Williams Drive, Georgetown, TX. They graciously replaced my wipers in the rain!!

Exceptional service by Steve Z. I needed a new battery and he was a rock star. Very friendly and helpful. When I asked him if he had tools so I could put the new battery in he immediately offered with a smile, "I'll do it for you, no problem."

I never mention it during my visits, but ive been in Auto shops for over 20 years, I always wait to see what knowledge I can gain or how much the person behind the counter knows, Wesley is very sharp. Management, don't let that guy slip through your fingers.

Mimi is aces!!! She replaced a battery that was under warranty in nothing flat on 5/15/23 and couldn't have been nicer to me. I always go to this store since it has what I need and everyone is very friendly! Keep it up Mimi!!! It is appreciated!!!!

I had a new battery installed a couple of months ago at a different location and apparently it wasn’t secured properly at the time and recently came loose from the brackets holding it in place. So today I stopped by this location to get some help fixing the issue. I was helped within minutes. Trent got the battery stabilized and re-secured in short order and free of charge. He wouldn’t even let me tip him.

We got such a great deal on our two batteries for our Ram 2500! Way better than that other place (like mobile sector 😂) prices. $200 less with O'Reilly's! And we got a pro tip. O'Reilly lifetime customer!! Very happy 😊

If you want helpful and super friendly service this is the place for you! Phillip was amazing and kind. I don't know much about cars but he was patient and kind. He never made me feel dumb (ladies you know what I mean)

Went in for a replacement bulb for a front headlight. The store was clearly marked so I had no problem finding what I needed. Quick, friendly checkout.

Popped in this morning for a new battery. Unbeknownst to me, my dead battery was still under warranty. Very friendly staff, great music and ambiance.

Just wanted to give Thomas credit for going above and beyond today. My tailgate was broken and he put on the new lift supports that I bought at the store. It ended up being a little harder than expected and required some extra parts, but he got it done...even with a busy store. I really appreciate his help and excellent customer service!

Jewel was my cashier today. She was so helpful, friendly, and bubbly. It seemed as though all of the employees there are wonderful and enjoy their job. I got some adorable floor mats on sale too. Happy customer.

Personally know the management and employees here. Have been VERY helpful with whatever I need and are very knowledgeable when it comes to their job. If you're an O' kinda guy, go to this location over the one off University Ave..

Customer service is great. I know a lot of people talk about getting wrong parts here but honestly they can only give you the parts you ask for. So be sure you know what you need for your vehicle.
Definitely my go to place. They get all my parts and automotive needs when I need them.
Matt, Ethan, Thomas, Randy, and Charlie are go to guys.

Always helpful, and they provide the installation of some maintenance items such as windshield wiper blade replacement.
