The Legacy Pavilion Picnic Area

Super chill place. Great place to hang out fly drone. There's a playground for the kids, and the restrooms are not too bad. Plenty of places to picnic area and they are pet friendly they just want you to keep them on lease which is not outrageous, I mean it's definitely not unreasonable.

Beautiful day for Disc Golf practice time, enjoying the atmosphere and beauty lots of people walking which is Awesome

Very nice paillion. Was there for an outdoor wedding. Nice green background. Crosswinds through the pavillion were strong that day, but all in all, a very nice area.

The Legacy Pavilion was a very nice place to have a wedding (on a budget). But the Google maps that I used from the wedding invitation was awful! Many guests had a hard time getting there

This pavilion is just like a private park! Amazing amount of space covered and uncovered. The area is clean and beautiful and just perfect for any event you want to hold. The pavilion does not accommodate large amounts of electricity so rent a generator and the porta potty on site should definitely be reserved in order not to have to drive to the restroom in the park! Other than that, 5 stars from me!

I really loved this part of the park because it had a number of perfect qualifiers that together made for a great time with friends. Right above you while you eat or play games is a super big canopy with a large amount of shade. Behind you is, what I particularly liked, the open green field. The field was covered in thick and mowed grass. It gave us the option to play all sorts of fun stuff; frisbee throwing, Ultimate frisbee, lots of outside games, football, etc. To top things off, to the right was a good sized grill for anything your heart desires to cook. Wow. Great experience, great time!

Met here wth a group of my employees for an outdoor, I guess your call it "safer" lunch. We haven't seen each other for 8 months! We had a great time! I highly recommend...very peaceful and serene.

I did photography for a wedding yesterday. The only issue was there was no electricity at the Pavillion. Luckily the parks and recs department was close by and was able to turn it on before the wedding started. The wedding was smooth and it went great. If you're looking to have an event at the Pavillion of river legacy, I recommed.

Perfect place if you are a bike rider if you like to walk if you like being around a lot of people as far as your family the scenery is very beautiful and the park is humongous just be very careful it's a very big Park and it can be scary sometimes when it gets dark the park is really really big

Little bit jungle feeling and you can see nice view of Trinity River . Beware of insects and mosquitoes. Please do prefer day visit in this area

We love to come do yoga here on Sunday mornings. Stay away leave blower man! Its not as peaceful...

We attended a beautiful celebration of life at the Pavillion.
