I had never purchased from a rent-to-own type store. But I desperately needed a bed when I moved. I was so afraid I wouldn't be able to get what I needed but they all worked with me and have continued to work with me and help me keep the items I have purchased. I rely on my phone for work, I got my phone through them. Even when I have to make a late payment, they are very kind and easy to get along with. Anyone leaving negative reviews is honestly lying, because this group of employees, are the nicest people in Vienna I swear. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Jeff, Joe and Russell are good people. And the young woman who works the desk (her name went right out of my head) she is so kind and really fun to talk to.

I absolutely love this store and would only deal with them. Even if you experience a hard time they work with you to help you keep your items. They all go out of their way to help their customers. I have several items from here and would use them for future purchases as well!! Joe, Jeff and Russell are so pleasant to work with!

Absolutely amazing service. Renting is essentially more expensive but it allows the people who have a money just not a lot to throw around on some needed items. However they are cheap and flexible!! Awesomeness all the way around.
