We bought a beautiful, modern sectional. Frankly, it’s too big for the room, but looks so great and is so comfy, we are keeping it. The delivery folks kept us up to date, even when shipping was delayed. The team is friendly and personable. The delivery guys did an excellent job assembling the couch and making sure electronics worked and the rug smoothed out. Have purchased from VC before, and will def be back.

I will definitely go back to this VCF store if we're in need of additional furniture. The salesperson was polite, knowledgeable, and did not pressure us to buy. The delivery people were also polite and very careful on bringing the furniture in and assuring it was set up as needed. You'll have to excuse the tiny basket for our stand-in ottoman. I haven't found anything I like, and the sectional does have recliners. LoL!

We looked other places but when we stopped at Value City we were very pleased. The store was clean, divided up into sections so we were not walking all around looking and we were greeted with a confident sales person. Bridget Behn went above our expectations to find the right piece of furniture. She is dedicated and caring. She gave us honest opinions which was very needed and helpful with fur puppies at home. She even searched throughout the store for a sample! She is so polite and friendly and dedicated! I LOVED the texts with the delivery process. So easy! The delivery crew took their time to make sure things were correct. They were also friendly making us at ease having strangers in our home. If anyone is ever in need of new furniture, please stop at Value City furniture in Parkersburg.

The 2 gentlemen who delivered and setup my furniture were the best ever. Not only were they professional, they did a great job bringing in the new furniture and set it up exactly where I wanted and made sure everything worked properly. Karl and Roy showed up on time and were pleasant to work with during the furniture set up. They were willing to try. It play some furniture in different places and also went back and got some pieces that were missing for us. I recommend value city furniture for all your furniture needs.
