Great service, especially from Manager (I believe his name was Steven Richmond). Had never met him before but he certainly helped me greatly and I appreciate it very much.

Just bought a head light and the guy at the counter was nice enough to put it in for me and he was just a sweetheart.

Excellent customer service. I was broke down across the road at the gas station,so i called and told them my problem,and David came over check on me and my car. He didn't have the part on hand but ordered it for the next day. Excellent customer service . Highly recommend.

Went in to the store and was immediately greeted by a man named Charles. My battery light was on and he told me he would check my entire charging system for free. The problem was the battery. Showed my several options then installed the battery without hesitation. Thanks Autozone for having guys like Charles working for you.

Needed a turn signal bulb. Employee was very pleasant, and replacedy turn signal bulb for me. Price for bulb was reasonable.

Clean, organized inventory and store, very courteous and helpful staff. I went in looking for the most ridiculous item, lol ... and they had it.
AND THEY HAPPILY HELPED ME FIND IT!
It was just easy and I left smiling.

Excellent customer service. Particularly from Joseph. My 15 yo parking lot mechanic learned several tips from Joseph. Brake line on my F150 was bad. J. Helped troubleshoot that. He also shared that calipers can be rebuilt. He called ahead when this store did not have the line. The loaner tool cart was a life saver! He even loaned us his personal jack stand. Thank you Joseph. You deserve a raise and a promotion!

I usually always go to Autozone for my vehicle parts. friendly people there that knows vehicles. Good place. And the point system were you spend over $20 each time you go in. After 5 purchase of $20 or more you get $20 of free merchandise. Good deal

I always get excellent service here when I need one or 4 items. Prices are reasonably. The employees are neat, knowledgeable and friendly. Good place to shop.

Broken serpentine belt on the highway...on the way back to Charlotte from Ohio, Google mapped our way to this location. The guys and the manager were beyond helpful. Not only did they order the parts we needed and spend time looking at the problem, but they arranged for someone to repair the car the next morning and the manager drove us down the street to the hotel. Entire staff went above and beyond and the manager knocked it out of the park for us! 😀😀😀😀😀

Amazing service when my Aunt's car had windshield washer blades dryrot and start shredding off while we were out of town. The gentlemen assisted us promptly with the choices of blades for our make/model, promptly removed the old ones (while demonstrating how to do so) and putting on the new wiper blades. The new wiper blades got to be used about 1 mile later and worked amazingly well. The guys knew their stuff, did not try to "hard sell" a couple of ladies up on something automotive and they were not condescending or rude. I would go back to this shop again on a regular basis if it were not so far out of my normal path.
