7-Eleven

I always have a pretty pleasant experience at 7-Eleven. Staff is usually very extremely friendly and helpful. I love the pie pizza deal, big gulps. Stores usually very clean. Most the time they lift my mood if I'm having a bad day. Great job to the 7-Eleven in Vienna West Virginia! An awesome work to the staff at the 7-Eleven on 13th and Avery in Parkersburg West Virginia!

Decent store prices about average. Poor customer service though tried to explain to a younger male employee that the price that rang up was different than the price on the rack. He shrugged his shoulders and said oh well its probably right. He didn't bother to go check or anything. I'll avoid this store if he's working from now on due to his poor attitude. Personal opinion the guy acted stoned or something.

Be sure to get a receipt and check it closely, especially on the 'sale' items.

So walked out empty handed because they wouldn't take my cash. Said they won't break bills unless it's less than half the bill. I've been an almost daily customer for years. Makes no sense, gonna find a new store ☹.

Day shift workers are amazing but, the older gentleman on night shift is very rude every time I go in.

A new evening employee thinks its okay to "profile" a person that has been going to that store for almost 10 years now simply because he was getting cashback for me?
