Pharmacy staff rude and short with customers. Pharmacy refused to honor price on GoodRx. Even after GoodRx notified the pharmacy of the correct pricing, they refused to make a refund of the difference. I will not be using the pharmacy in the future.

Everyone in this store is rude from the cashiers to the pharmacy techs. I will never use this store again!!!

The pharmacy emergency closed and they refuse to call the pharmacist to have my prescriptions transferred or just hand me my scripts. Completely unreasonable. Didn’t even raise my voice or curse and they’re snarky as can be and hunt down the cop in the store to stand there and tell me how absolutely useless they are. To make someone wait almost 20 hours for pain medicine after a surgery is ridiculous.they also had already filled it so they knew I was coming for it and don’t bother to give a heads up. The pharm tech was still there so not sure why she couldn’t have notified me sooner or given my the paper scripts. This short little girl with short black hair was incredibly rude and kept trying to escalate the situation. The manager was just as rude and then they bother the cop that’s shopping all because I was in pain after my surgery and panicking about not having pain medicine for 20 hours. Disgusting people with zero empathy. The tech was at least sincere and understood I was in pain. Finally went to get my pain meds this morning and thankfully the main was at least nice. They definitely should have notified people to avoid the whole situation.

Called three times and cant get a hold of a physical person. It keeps trying to defer to automated messages. This makes me want to never use Walgreens again. I will go out of my way to avoid them from now on.

In store on 3/5, very short staffed, please hire people for customer service!
