This firm had a major data breach. This breach happened in late 2017, but no affected clients were informed until after the breach began to cause issues; i.e. State & Federal Returns being submitted using previous years tax information. Social Security Numbers of Family, 1099 employees, etc were all accessed. Banking information of clients were stolen. And even children of victims will deal with the effects of this breach for at least a generation.

The delay of contacting victims has caused an unknown number of families grief and potentially thousands of dollars. The firm continues to minimize the impact and even in some degree play down the significance of the data breach to both customers and the media. Worse yet, they are charging ALL CLIENTS full price for accounting services.

I have had the worst luck with these people. I would not recommend them to anyone. They told me that I would have my return done in a few days and it took them 2 weeks. Also I had a amended return from 2014 that I needed to have done and he said he would have it done in a 1 or 2 weeks that was in the beginning of February it is now March and my amended return is still not done. He e-filed our return for us 2 weeks into February and we still have not got our return back and when I call them about it they tell me their is nothing they can do about it. So I guess once you pay them you are no longer their problem!! I will never recommend them to any one!!!
