This place is fantastic! I work down the street and go whenever I can. I have yet to eat something I don't like--and I've tried most of what they offer! Their Cuban is among the best I've ever had. The bean salad and brownies are very good as well. The people are also stellar; they learned who I was by name after only a few trips, and they're always polite and eager to serve. I also love their niche, good-humored retail items. One of my favorite places to eat in Huntington!

Honestly it's hard to find a place with so much charm. When you walk in you are greeted by a new look that you can't find anywhere else in Huntington. It's fun with a lot of color. But that's only half of it. If you are into beer they have one of the best selections in town. The food is beyond good. The sandwiches make an excellent lunch. The casual sit down environment makes it a great place to have some food with a friend or take a client for an easy get to know each other meal. The prices are perfect for the quantity and quality of food that you get. Once you are finished eating you can walk around and look at local art and even check the back of the shop for one of a kind finds that are native to the area. All in all this is a wonderful place to stop that is fun and inclusive. Well worth the trip and it's a quick walk from just about anywhere downtown. Check it out you won't be disappointed. Or you might be I don't know. This is your story not mine.

The food is amazing! I had the Rachel (turkey sandwich) one day last week, and the #1 Fresh Mozzarella, Tomato and Pesto Today!! I agree that the bean salad (side) is awesome!
The delivery boys are awful cute and friendly too!! :)

This was a our first stop to our day trip to Huntington...mostly because we saw they had craft beers and like it’s eclectic style. We got some wonderful beers, 20% off a mix-a-six plus and additional. Reading the reviews now I wish we would have tried their food!

They say to never start your own business if it's something someone else is doing, unless you can do it better. That is just what the owner of the bodega has done masterfully. Who knew a sandwich could be so amazing and life changing. It's strange to feel passionate over a sandwich. But when you take pride in your work, it shows. And it's no wonder how they turn out so amazing. That combined with a beautiful atmosphere it makes the bodega a perfect dinning destination!

Very interesting shop. Unique craft beers and sandwiches. Very helpful employees.

Well worth a visit!! We bought a six pack of mixed craft beers and Chicago style sandwich for about $20 and the conversation alone was worth that.

I ordered a delicious sandwich. I've never heard of this combo and I think they invented it but it was hand sliced pit ham, Swiss, crispy bacon, crunchy apple and their famous fig jam on sourdough. It came with a side.

Honestly, I was trying to meet the WORST owner ever based upon Sarah's review but unfortunately she wasn't in. But if she WERE there, I would have told her that even the banana flavored coffee with cream was great! I've never had that combo and probably never would have unless I'd have come here.

I'd absolutely recommend The Bodega to any and all people looking for a good place to eat in downtown Huntington!

They even had some cute gifts that were eccentric and made great gifts for my family...

They have AMAZING Italian sodas and the servers are so incredibly friendly! The chicken salad is a tad bit on the onion side but it's still absolutely delicious! Definitely recommend to anyone!

Haven't had anything here I didn't enjoy thoroughly. Some favorites include : Fried Green Tomato sandwich, the mushroom/spinach /tomato (add cloverton!), and the queso. Italian sodas, ice tea (my fave is stone fruit), and ice coffee are on point, too! Yes the prices aren't cheap, but this quirky, local cafe with flair is a gem to the community. Their owner has a vision that is about bettering community and adding a positive vibe to our town. I'll pay extra for cheese for that.

Made St.Patty's Day dinner great! Amazing food and service. Interesting, one of a kind, coffee shop-style gifts inside to look through/buy while waiting. Will definitely be back.

The atmosphere is fun the food is delicious and the staff is friendly. I got the Jerk pulled pork sandwich and matched it with a pineapple hard cider. I wish there was one of these in Georgia.

A great fresh sandwich at a great price. The menu varies but the Cuban sandwich is always a good choice. Also a moderate selection of beers.
