I loved working here and was their CNA and it was a work tranfer from JPS from Grapevine Primary Care. They do do the payroll to be paid and I don't regret doing RN duties in Nursing IT

I trained in the Centralized Scheduling Department for six weeks. During my short time in this department the behavior of the Team Lead was obscene. Once a phone call ended with either a doctors office, patient, or other departments within THR, the Team Lead would use profane language to describe the people on the other line. I was very disturbed that this type of behavior was acceptable for a Team Lead. Needless to say I left THR immediately after management said "get along or resign". It was not about "getting along" but accountability that did not happen. They make you watch video as part of your training on how you talk to people and how words can be offensive. This training is part of the Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity Program. However, I am not included.

Well I am very taken back by this recent stay of my fathers. The social worker refused to respond to my email even though she had already sent me an email, so I know it’s a working email. I was uncomfortable talking to her on the phone, her name is Cindy Gorman. She lied to me telling me my father refused PT and wanted me to pick a facility to put him at. I tried at least 2 or three times via email and she ignored me. Then I was goin to call the patient care advocate and unfortunately Kristina answered the phone. I informed Kristina that I wanted an email that way I could have documentation and she denied me multiple times so I told her thank you and I hung up before I went to look for emails for human resources and others so that I can send my email and now I’m probably also going to be sending certified letters to hospital administration as well as human resources in regards to this because it is very alarming that this facility is denying people documentation of the correspondence with their staff, it wouldn’t be such a big deal if it wasn’t a complaint and if I hadn’t already been lied to, but I definitely need to be able to do this via email because I need documentation and you would think that they would understand that considering everything at that hospital revolves around documentation. I mean I guess I can understand that the ball is getting dropped somewhere because after speaking with my father‘s doctor, she had no documentation in regards to the stomach surgery that he had complications with , so I’m starting to think that documentation isn’t an important thing to this hospital, which is really scary because they are in charge of us at our most vulnerable and documentation legally has to be correct. I only know this because I was a nurse for a very long time. I have also never been denied , something like an email so that I could communicate it really sounds to me like they don’t want documentation of complaints or anything like that so they’re just refusing but the jokes on them I know exactly who I need to email and exactly where the certified letters need to go

I go to a Texas Health Family Care provider. My provider is fine, but I have a problem with the actual COMPANY. I have incurable, Stage IV cancer. So yes, I have some anxiety and trouble sleeping. Because my medication is a benzodiazepine, Texas Health Family Care requires that I sign a 3-page contract every year, with all the things I promise not do with my medication. Like sell it. And they require that I have a urine test annually to make sure I’m not a drug addict or selling my medication. I’m taking ONE low-dose pill ONCE A DAY. So I can sleep. Because I have Stage IV cancer.

This really does not make me feel cared for. It makes me feel shamed and unwanted. They have to cover their rear ends, but how hard would it be for Texas Health Family Care to bend the rules for CANCER patients who take 1 mg of a benzodiazepine per day? Really?

The Department Materials Management was probably the worst experience I ever had as an employee. No support, no training, dealing with a supervisor who’s targeting you doesn’t help either. According to him, I underperformed as a employee, but how can I do better when your supervisor doesn’t verbally communicate with you? If you’re looking for work there I would advise you apply for anything else other than Materials Management.

Been here in cardiac building since 11:20 pm and it’s now 4:45am and still haven’t seen a doctor after being transferred from another hospital. Wouldn’t take my dog here. Never again. Y’all suck

Ensuring informed consent prior to medical treatment is a basic tenet of ethical medicine recognized in the Nuremberg Code after the horrors of the Holocaust. Texas Health is defying this widely embraced principle by mandating an experimental injection for its employees. All medical interventions carry risks that vary amongst individuals. I do not feel safe receiving medical care from a facility that does not respect the right of its staff to weigh the benefits and risks of medical treatments and to make independent decisions free from coercion. If they would violate the bodily autonomy, religious beliefs and basic human rights of their own employees so profoundly, there is no telling how disastrously they would violate mine or other patients’.

If I could put zero stars I would. We walked into this hospital with our 2 year old son that was having trouble breathing. They took us back to a room and the Doctor came in and said I have some bad new. "Do you think you are at Cook's children's Hospital" We said "Yes". He laughed we laughed a little. Then went over to Cook's children's hospital. Now I have a bill for twice at much at Texas Health Resources than at Cooks children's Hospital. I called their customer service to dispute the charges since they already made money off our insurance. I didn't understand why they wanted to make money off of me for not providing any service. The customer service representative would not provide me with the form dispute paper work because he said we saw the doctor. I asked around and found out this is happening a lot. The front desk administrators and bill admin know this and keep ripping off the public. They wait until you are in the room so they can charge you with a visit to the ER by seeing the doctor. Not funny. This is cruel and mean and spiteful business practice. I will file the proper paper work through the State and have the disputed charges removed but I am just saddened by the fact they know they have an issue and keep charging customer, children, and families charges so they can make a few more bucks.

I do not trust a medical facility that would bully and coerce their employees into receiving an injection that does not have FDA approval or risk being fired. We have zero long term safety studies. This does not line up with your stated values as a healthcare system.

Texas Health is violating the basic human rights to bodily autonomy. I will never support a place that doesn't allow its employees to make their own medical choices.

They lie and add items to your medical bill. The care is horrible and they are severely under staffed if you have to wait 4 hours to see a doctor when you’re not sitting in an ER. Don’t bother getting care here.

Found out they are requiring all employees to get vaxed. Stay away from this hospital.
