GEEK SQUAD is the bomb! I had an issue with my Surface Pro and I was not able to successfully communicate the issue on the chat or by phone, so I went to the store. Marc was attentive and patient. when he recognized that he may not be able to assist with a warranty issue, he made suggestions to help me save all of my data and information, as well as a back up plan. He was invaluable and gave me a tremendous peace of mind.

The best customer service of any best buy. They are consistently helpful every time I go in here. You can tell that this location is very well managed compared to other locations. It almost feels like I'm in a different store. I am very impressed.

Ordered online and they had it ready before I even woke up. And though you could tell they were way understaffed I was in and out of there fairly swift. That was my first time going to the Georgetown location, but I can assure you it will not be my last. Much better experience than I've had in the greater Austin area, Round Rock not included. Thank you for reminding me of the value of going into the store. See yall again very soon.

Guy names maven was really helpful in the purchase of my epson 8550 this evening. And really was helpful with us wanting to also purchase refrigerator

I've always found the staff here to be very engaging and helpful. They will actually approach you and ask if you need assistance, which is rare these days. Also, I tend to do my research online before going in, and I have found the stock counts in their app to be very accurate.

Came to get a new kindle and usb c charging cable. I had two different associates trying to help decide between two kindle models because I wasn't sure. But I picked one after 20 mins hahaha 🤦🏽‍♀🤣

Good best buy! They first said they don't take batteries but home Depot does. I said really, a Mac battery? And the staff member said they weren't sure and needed to ask someone and they said yes! I'm very happy they could properly dispose of/recycle my old computer battery.

Always a great selection of vinyl records ever since compact discs were slowly phased out. There is always something worth looking at in the scratch/dent section before paying full price for same item.

The guys in the install bay (Zane, Carson, Niko in particular) are awesome and really know what they’re doing! The install was really complicated but they were so kind and helpful. If we ever need another install we’ll definitely be back!

Georgetown BestBuy is staffed with the best people of all the Round Rock / Cedar Park / North Austin area stores.

They hire good people here and it makes in-person shopping pleasant and productive.

Good store with a great staff. I would love to see more inventory though. Sometimes I have to drive all the way to Round Rock to pick up an item that's not available in Georgetown. The location is very convenient, in the middle of the good Wolf Ranch open mall. I really recommend it.

Thank God Gary saw me and asked me if he could be of assistance.
I told him what I needed, and everything I had was totally WRONG!!
Gary switched out all of my items and got me on the right track!

I would like recommend Best Buy for hiring very nice young adults. James helped us with our computer today! He was very kind an excellent listener and he knew what he was doing!

I always get great service at Best Buy Georgetown. I bought a Samsung watch for $200 less than I would have paid my service provider. The help that I got in choosing the watch and getting it set up was fast and the associate was very knowledgeable.

I loved I could get a Geek Squad appt quickly. Even though I’ve been in tech for a career, I was impressed the young man who helped me exhibited two things:

1. Patience and kindness to the disabled man, his service dog, and caretaker in front of me.

2. His quickness to know the answer to my laptop issue, fix it, and showed me what he did in case the error came back. I was impressed by his knowledge, courtesy, efficiency, and respect.

Speedy service. Great customer care team. I went in to upgrade my fitbit and once I got it home it wouldn't come on. I drove back over and luckily they had one more in the store. They allowed me to exchange, charge it up and try this one out before I left the store.

The Greek Squad were very professional, quick, and informative on finding an alternate solution to my problem that lead to a solution. Thank you!

Great experience with my iPhone! I needed to have a couple issues looked at, and they took my name in as a drop-in (no appointment) and fortunately there was a lull and I was seen within 5 minutes. Preston did a great job fixing one of the issues and letting me know my options with the other. I was impressed by how thorough, thoughtful, and helpful he was. Definitely recommend if you have an iPhone issue that needs to be checked out. Many thanks!
