Very first visit here. Zana was my sales person. She was very nice with an absolutely gorgeous smile. She also was not pushy and allowed me to look in peace. I'll certainly ask for her next time I'm in.

Great place to shop for all of my furniture needs! Josiah made me feel right at home while I was shopping and he also didn't crowd me while I shopped. The rest of the staff was wonderful too. It felt like I had know everyone for a long time because it was so easy to get along with them! I'll definitely be a customer for life!! Highly recommend!

We went in to our local Lazy Boy store to to look at a recliner for my disabled wife. We had a rough idea of what we needed and wanted. We went back through the store and the first one that fit our list of necessities, color, style, leather for cleaning and comfort, wall hugging, but not a rocker (just 1 or 2 things), also pleased her 100%. Shawn came over to assist us and he explained our sales benefits and we agreed on everything. We walked back around toward the main desk, he went to write the bill of sales and we put our credit information into the machine and gathered the papers. We met at the desk and reviewed that everything was correct and we paid a small down payment. Within an hour if entering the store, we found our perfect chair, and completed the sales information and we are headed back out to our car. Shawn was polite, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and a real joy to work with. He didn’t try to pressure us into purchasing more or items that we didn’t need. If ever we need anything else, we know where we are going to go, Huntington Mall Lazy Boy store and ask for Shawn.

I was very impressed with the sales reps at the La-Z-Boy store. They were very knowledgeable about the furniture & gave great details about individual pieces. You could tell that they received very good training to be able to answer all of the customer’s questions. Adam was so knowledgeable & helpful that we ended up buying a big man’s chair from him. Was impressed with their selection & customer service! We will return! I wish all stores provided the kind of customer service that this La-Z-Boy store does!

Our first purchase at this store was twenty eight years ago. Twelve pieces later, we are still pleased with the quality and selection. Great experience at La-Z-Boy! Shawn was great to work with and was very knowledgeable about each product we looked at. He followed up regularly with me on the phone during the brief wait we experienced for our item. He went over and beyond to help when we hit a short delay and got the product delivered promptly. I’ll definitely be doing business here from now on. Having purchased from other locations in the past, I’ll say it’s a mistake not to choose La-Z-Boy first. We just purchased our new furniture and had a great buying experience here at the Barboursville, WV store. We worked with Josiah and he was excellent at answering questions, checking pricing on various configurations, and overall very patient while we decided and went back and forth over two different sofa sets. He was never pushy or overbearing in his sales approach. We truly appreciate that. Also, we had the pleasure to work with his manager, Dan as well while completing our purchase. They both went above and beyond to meet out expectations and to make the process easier and more pleasant. Highly recommend checking them out!

Adam was very personable and helpful. He listened to what we wanted. Yes we would of liked to have gotten our chairs this week but knowing about supply problems around the world our expectations were that there we will have to wait. You have many beautiful decorative items and furniture in you store. It's always relaxing to visit.

Justin helped us into a couch we love. Global supply chain issues kept us from getting it for a while (only about two months), but I'm sitting on it now as I wrote this review, and I love it. He's a good guy and was patient and understanding with all the questions we had for him. The store itself is very nice. It's well organized and doesn't feel cluttered like some other furniture stores. It's also well lit and is a comfortable temperature every time I go in there, a feature of any shopping experience which is underrated if you ask me. You feel cozy in the store, and I like that.

Awesome team and experience with LZB's in-home design services. Well worth your time to work with a knowledgeable interior designer like Kierstyn to have your room come together. You won't regret the end result. The makeover before and will be stunning once it all arrives from LZB.

Purchased two amazing leather loveseats at an equally abasing price and financing. Sales associate Zaina was great to work with. Very professional and helpful. I told her what I was looking for and she was very knowledgeable of the products and quickly found the furniture I was wanting. This was the first times ife been in a Lazy Boy store in years. I was very pleased snd impressed with all the options and styles available through Lazyboy, and the quality. I will definitely shop here again in the future - it will likely be my #1 choice for any future furniture purchases. Highly recommend!!

Shawn Stoler was very helpful both times we came into the store. He made sure we were able to order the color and power options we wanted. He went over all the details, warranty and also explained the expected delivery time so we know what to expect. Very honest and up front sales person. We couldn’t ask for a better shopping experience.

My wife and I ordered a sectional for our first home and Tyler Rutherford was our sales associate. Tyler was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was patient with us and gave us four different quotes on sectionals until we decided what was the right fit for us. He even stayed late until we were ready to make the purchase. Lastly, he was very knowledgeable about all of the products we inquired about. Ask for Tyler if you visit this store!

I wanted two recliners in the same fabric. Adam worked for over an hour to find the right chairs in the perfect color. He found the fabric I wanted at a great price. They are in shock and I will get them in 10 days instead of 6 to 8 months.
I have purchased from this store before but my experience with Adam was the best to date.

I appreciate the time Tyler spent with me designing our new sectional. He was very knowledgeable of their products, warranties, financing. I called today to upgrade my order and he took care of our request over the phone. I highly recommend Tyler when shopping at the Lazyboy Barboursville store.

We received outstanding service. We walked into the showroom with seven children. Three of the salesmen entertained our kids while another helped us choose the right furniture for us. These guys genuinely cared about my kids. For them, it was about more than selling furniture. It was about helping a neighbor. Our salesman, Garrett, was awesome. He was available, not pushy. In less than 45 minutes, we ordered the perfect furniture to fit our needs. We highly recommend Garrett and La-Z-Boy in Barboursville, WV.

We were novices at furniture shopping after fifteen years. So much has changed. Our salesman, Josiah, was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time to look and try. So many options in the showroom! The wide array of fabric choices helped narrow and choose the right look. We will be waiting a while for the furniture (not their fault) and will update durability after a break in period.

5/17/22. Chose a rocker recliner today with the knowledgeable helpful Adam. It is a pleasure to shop with someone who Knows all about the furniture. Expect delivery in 6/8 months, that’s the sad part.

I called to ask questions about sale items. Sarah discussed what they had in stock. Very nice. Not pushy. I went down to view the recliners and asked for Sarah. She assisted us very professional and honest with warranty questions and the styles availability. We had great experience with purchasing the recliner. If I had to purchase furniture in the future I would definitely return to Lazy Boy. I did see more sales items available that day. Lazy boy should advertise more sales items and prices. Like 4 chairs advertise verses at least 20 with summer clearance.
So get that advertisment going. You will sell more. Ask for Sarah!!
