I went to see about trading my Buick in and Don really helped us through the process! I walked out of there a few hours later with a brand new car close to the same payment I was already paying! He even went in to get an umbrella while we looked in the rain. I test drove a Nissan Kicks and loved it! The financial team really did their best to get me where I wanted to be on the payment. Don even recommended and made an appointment for me to take my car to have the windows tinted! Over all it was a great experience! My mom even went back 2 days later and traded hers in for a Nissan too.

Best customer service ever!!! Was apprehensive at first but your staff made me feel at ease. The work bays were absolutely spotless as was the entire facility. The financial info was explained well and was understandable. I absolutely LOVE my new car. Great job everyone!!!

I was there for an inspection sticker. The lady at the maintenance desk was extremely patient as I hunted in my glove compartment for the necessary registration and insurance information. I was made aware I would need new tires before winter. She was kind enough to give me pricing for new tires. She also reminded me that the license plate sticker needed to be updated. I can always trust Moses for excellent maintenance work. The staff is great and the wait time is minimal! I will never go anywhere else to purchase a car or to get car maintenance,!

It was because of hitting a deer. Nicole kept me apprised of what was going on and any delays there would be. Bill cole nissan of Ashland KY, on the other hand. Couldn't say the same for them. They gave may car back after having it for 2 weeks and it still wasn't working correctly. I love Moses nissan. I have always had good service with them.

We just drop by to look at the Rogue when Jack, a salesman, came out to check on us. He went back in for a key. After being impressed with the interior he asked if we wanted to go for a test drive. It was after closing hours (Jack did not rush us at all) & we felt comfortable enough to accept - loved the drive! We returned Monday to see if they could get a white car in the SL model - they could - so we agreed to lease. Everyone involved was great - Eric the manager, Jack, the salesman, and Steve the finance person. Excellent service!
