As a small pool cleaning & maintenance business we always love getting calls from potential customers when they tell us Infinity built their pool. Infinity’s customers are always over the moon from their experience with Infinity which makes are job a lot easier from the start.

As a service professional the first thing we look at when going to a pool for the first time is how the equipment is set up because that is going to affect how the pool circulates (better circulation means clearer water), how long the equipment is going to last and how easy (or hard) it is going to be to Service in the future. Which is why Infinity is so refreshing because we know that Infinity’s pools are always going to be set up with efficiency and serviceability in mind, which in turn makes our lives easier.

And to top it off their communication is second-to-NONE - anytime we have had an issue or question or anything really they are always responsive, helpful and courteous.

After being in the military for 14 years and moving all over the country we finally have our forever home and couldn’t wait to build our dream pool for years of memories to come. Infinity Pools helped us do just that.

Also after building a new construction home during a pandemic we were a little reluctant about taking on another project but Infinity Pools did not disappoint. Communication was constant. Texts and calls were promptly returned. Everyone always showed up for appointments early when we had them. We were never left waiting at the house for hours waiting for someone to show up.
The process was fast too. Start to finish it was only a couple of months. We would recommend Infinity Pools to anyone that wants a pool. Don’t hesitate to call these guys!

In our line of work experience can't be taken out of a book, it must be earned in the field. If I had to change anything I would put more effort into the design of the pool mechanical /equipment spaces.
The pool work and spa work and execution was an A- to a B+.
Having a gorgeous pool or spa is expected, having a well organized equipment vault or room to allow more efficiencies for maintenance is equally as important.

Holy cow! Where to start! From design to dig to deliver, Infinity is a class act operation.

We began meeting with Spencer in June 2022, and finally made up our minds and signed in September. Engineering and permitting down, we had a hole in November. Infinity worked through the winter, many times in sub-freezing temps to stay on time and on target. Huge shout out to our project manager Danny. I’m sure all their PMs are dynamite, but Danny went way above to make sure we were happy with progress before he left each night (and it was always night when he left!).

We had some hiccups with our landscaper along the way, and Danny and Infinity were incredibly patient and understanding, switching things around and postponing when needed. We got plaster May 16 and swam for the first time May 20.

After a few tweaks and a lot of education (first timer here) we have a shiny, gorgeous pool and hot tub with an incredible natural rock waterfall, a matching slide, bubblers and lights.

Big thanks also to Chris, Heather and Ren for their professionalism and taking the time to build a relationship with us (and a pool)!

Cannot thank or recommend Infinity enough. If you’re on the fence, get off and sign the contract and start swimming in your own personal paradise. Infinity will make that happen.

Infinity Pools is amazing!!! So professional, efficient and friendly. They always showed up and worked when they said they were going to, and they were very easy to communicate with. Infinity is extremely knowledgeable about pools, which helped guide us to the options that were best for us. We’ve done a lot of remodeling on homes, and Infinity Pools is by far the best company we’ve worked with!

Infinity Pools did an absolutely fantastic job with my swimming pool! My neighbor is in the pool cover business and had recommended Jake Merrill to me, along with several others. I did extensive research and got five different price bids and found Infinity Pools to be the best bang for my buck. In addition to that, my uncle, who is a landscaper of 35 years, was extremely impressed with the quality of work that these guys have done. They have since worked together on many more projects because of the fine work that Infinity Pools does. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

The owner of Infinity, Jake, is absolutely wonderful to work with. Jake was able to take my vision and design and build it just like I described it in the beginning of the process. He was able to help advise on certain design aspects that we would not have thought of. His crew was always very nice and they always came back quickly to fix any flaws or broken tiles to insure everything was perfect and working properly. The tile setter was a perfectionist and made sure everything looked great and fit together properly. Our hot tub has been running great all winter and we can’t wait to start using the pool again this year. We also had a bunch of fire features that look great next to the pool. I would highly recommend them.

Great service for my search for a replacement pump for our bubbler that gave-out. Wanted a Jandy to replace our Pentair. Chris even dropped it off when I was waiting for our inspection. Over and beyond. Thank you!

I was having difficulty finding a reliable and professional company with an experienced and knowledgeable team to clean and service my existing pool. I have found it in 360 Pool Pros.
