If you’re looking for a mature crowd, amazing food and a night of dancing, this is your spot. Chef Wawa smashed it with the food. Music was on point and the entire night was a vibe. I’ll take the trip to Dover any day for a night like this.

Very nice & friendly. The New zYear's Eve Partywas fun & i enjoyed playing with The Philly Destiny Band. Great food & service was very good. The staff greeted & made feel @ home; plus, they aim to please & served you with a smile.

I mean, I did work there for you for an entire year!! I would love to come in and see you guys again. Working at the Boulevard was the best job I ever had. I’m from Atlanta and this place made me feel like I was at home. Inviting and inclusive. My buddy and I were the only two white dudes in there and we had a blast! These ladies here to sing for karaoke night straight KILLED it!! Amazing voices. Drinks were good and priced fairly. Looking forward to coming back next time I’m in town. If you don’t visit The BLVD when you are in Dover you are messing up.

It was okay. They had two bars which I thought toke up space because it wasn't being used. The food was okay. I wasn't a fan of the paper plates or bowls they used. They need more staff that's all.

Alot of fun! A great place to hear and see top notch Live Entertainment (i.e. The Burnsiders Reggae Band and Darchele and Co.). Delicious eats and tasty drinks. An amazing crew of associates who make you feel like you're one of the family. Cards and cash are accepted. There's plenty of Free on site parking and wheelchair accessible entrances and restrooms. If you're looking to have a good time with good folks, look no further. The Boulevard is it! Enjoy!

Attend the "Black and White" with my family and friends. I really enjoyed it. Whenever I'm in town, I will always support this black owned business. Sir Charles and staff are courteous and attentive to his customers. 👋

I absolutely love this place and their food. The atmosphere is perfect for an older crowd. I enjoy the dancing and the music. Great place to unwind and enjoy the atmosphere.

I went for a Raheem DeVaughn concert. I dance the whole time. Great floors. The music was really loud there at one point. But it was corrected.

My friends and I always have a great time when we want to relax and unwind at The Boulevard!

We took our Bride & Groom here for a co-ed Bach party and we had a blast. The customer service was top notch. This is truly a jewel I the middle of no where.

This place is such a wonderful atmosphere for the older population. The food is wonderful and there's no drama. My first visit was when Best Kept Soul performed and most recently, Raheem Devaughn, and both were great experiences! I will be returning in the future. Thank you, Mr. Charles, and I'm glad to see that your birthday turned out to be a great success!

The food is always good. And depending on the DJ (and your personal preference) the music is good as well. The atmosphere is always a vibe. It's a grown And sexy club 30+

I ordered the fried whiting with yams and macaroni and my girlfriend ordered the Maryland crab cake. The food was amazing. The fish was bigger than I had thought it would be, and the crab cake was fresher and bigger than she had thought it would be. My girlfriend didn’t order any sides but they gave her complimentary fries. She enjoyed the fries but worked her way over to my plate and began eating about half my side of yams before ordering her own and finishing it. Good food. Nice people. 100% recommend.

Great place I was there on the second Saturday of each month which is old school Saturday Great atmosphere good dancing You got to check out Renee at the bar plus the food is slamming! Nice place!!

Came for a graduation party for my cousin. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and the amazing staff. It was definitely a great space for an event and large gathering. There was even a wedding setting up when we were leaving.
